... not to mention a touch of cutesy style and location + easy 10 minute walk to night bazaar + comfortable bed. Good water pressure + relaxing green courtyard for sitting + a number of small restaurants within a few minutes walk + a hint of style in the rooms - instant coffee toast and banana as breakfast. That's fine...

I stayed in Chiang Rai for for one night and was happy with my decision to stay at Baan Watabordee. It offers basic amenities - a private bathroom and a bed. Breakfast was actually surprisingly nice - toast, tea/coffee and bananas. It was safe and secure in a quiet location and was walking distance from the night market and the...

We stayed for one night only and were satisfied. Reception and Check in smooth and friendly, room clean, bathroom clean (despite some mould at sink), quiet but central location. The bathroom does flood indeed but shower is good. Wifi and aircon both worked. Nothing special but a decent place to stay. Good value for money.

Not particularly good or bad. You can find better for an extra 100 baht in the same street. Paper thin walls. Noisy. Average hot water for shower, no screen so wet floor and toilet for 12 hours but that's not uncommon. If everything else was booked I'd go there otherwise I'd pass.

We stayed here for one night and found this guesthouse good value for money. The room was decent and clean, there was a nice communal area and the breakfast in the morning was good. The only thing I didn't really like about this hotel was the location - although fairly central, it is a good 5 minute walk from the...

This is a very very baisc hotel. It is good located, but that's the only plus of this hotel. The room is small, we had trouble to put our two bags. The bathroom is very unpractical. We received a dirty towel upon arrival and had to wait a long while for a fresh one. The walls seem to be made...

This was not our first choice for where to stay in Chiang Rai, but it was one of the few places with a room left when we arrived, having not booked anywhere. It was totally fine - clean room, hot (well, warm) shower, breakfast included (yes, it was basic, but it's nice to have stuff right there when you wake...

Stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour. The room security is very poor with a simple bold on the front and back doors of the room. The window wouldn't shut and the hotel backs onto a block of flats with a loud family including screaming children and coughing adults throughout the night. The wifi was slow, the old TV...

Slight mix-up with our rooms but was not the hotels fault we later found out! but anyway...comfortable, ACed rooms with plenty of space...we found the un-matching flip-flops slightly strange. Our room door was warped...but for the price we paid £6/night, you cant really complain, conveniently located and a short walk from the night-bazarr. Good stay overall!

The rooms are nice with a TV and A/C and a shower. They have a free light breakfast with toast ,coffee and water. You can eat on a little patio area with chairs and tables. They have a parking lot with three spaces in case you have a car.
