It was spacious, very inexpensive and a bit worse for wear. On the bright side the AC was great, bed comfortable and space more than adequate. Sadly it doesn't seem to have been maintained well -- broken shower head, moldy caulk, a bit dirty in spots, chipped up here and there. No deal breakers, just not as nice as promoted....

We were looking for a hotel that was not in the 100$ + range, with AC and B2 fit the bill. After we settled in we noticed several pubic hairs and other hairs in our bed sheets as well as some unexplained liquid on the floor near the bed... We were offered another room by the very kind and professional...

Its not about new stuff but its about cleanliness. The AC works perfectly fine. Though, they have old towels but they change it everyday. It was a decent room we got. This hotel do not offer breakfast. No escalator. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel for the staff were helpful and nice.

Been to this hotel during my Chiangrai Visit. The room & walkway is a bit dark. The cleanliness is just fair. There are a lot of Budget tourists staying there. The floor and wall did not keep/absorb noise. Therefore, you may hear a room next to you open or close the door loudly. Moreover, our TV did not work and...

We paid very little to stay here for 3 nights and for what we paid it was perfectly acceptable. We stayed at the end of the hall and there was a phone opposite are room in the hall that rang very early in the morning, luckily we were still jet lagged and waking up early or i would of been...

Hotel location is very convenient for the guest. It is on the main road and walking distance to some famous Wats. And also not far from Night bazaar and famous Clock Tower. The price is reasonable only difficult to find food for the breakfast so have to rely on 7 eleven shop. The staffs are friendly but there is no bell boy to carry...

Great location but lacking in everything else. I guess for AU$24 a night I should be giving 5 stars. We had a superior room but the walls were thin and we were joined by mosquitoes. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was passable. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

One of the best place we stayed in after 3 months of backpacking in Asia. Decent room with relaxed atmosphere, amazing sleep in a comfy mattress and pillow, good bathroom with toiletries amenities, hot shower, good wifi connection, good location close to the night bazaar and bus station (10mn). I didn't really pay attention to the other reviews, because our...

There's no hairdryer and the wifi in building B is poor. It can be loud but not too bad. Beds are decently soft and it's clean. Bathroom is nice. Amenities: hot water, shampoos, shower caps, soap, pay for water, mini fridge, TV, closet, towels, toilet paper, western flush toilets. Nice hotel to stay in for a night or 2 but...

Stayed there recently with two friends and on first impressions the hotel appears modern and clean and offer decent wifi, but after staying a couple of nights flaws begin to appear. Rooms might appear bright and modern, but in reality are grey and quite dull(unless you like bare and grey concrete walls)? We had one of those awful 'family' rooms...
