A beautiful place, big room, good food, very polite and wonderful team; Hannah, Kit, Meaw. Great gardening, beautiful water falls. If you want to run off from the city and busy life, I highly recommend to visit Bura resort.

This is an unbelievable place and I'm so glad we booked it. Walking along to our villa, you'd expect Fred or Wilma Flintstone to pop out and say "Hello" but there is nothing primiive about these beautiful dwellings. Our fab deluxe garden villa with wood-sculpted features and large, fully-equipped bathroom and balcony set amongst lush tropical plants was absolutely breathtaking!...

Spent short blissful vacation in the grounds of Bura with my 90-year-old papa. Jazz and team could not have been more helpful. Papa was so pleased despite physical difficulties due to hilly terrain (and steps). This work-of-art/resort offers absolute peace amidst natural sounds, great food - and BBC, TCM plus on TV should you worry about lack of things to...

This resort is really as good as so many who had share their review through TripAdvisor. This is really a paradise and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful landscaping and spacious units. The best part is really affordable.

This was easily one of the best stays we have ever had anywhere (and we have travelled a lot). The price is reasonable and do not expect a "traditional resort" gym, spas etc... It is a blissfully romantic place. In the jungle, surrounded by trees and waterfalls, spectacular. The rooms are simply gorgeous with all you need. Lovely spacious bathroom...

We had a great stay at Bura. Hanna and Nui go out of their way to help with anything you need. They are very kind people. They were happy to take us to the market on their regular run. It was a nice getaway from the busy city. The food was excellent and were happy to make our food spicy....

What an amazing find this is. Situated about 30min drive north of chiang rai in a very secluded location amidst waterfalls around the accommodation. There are about 8 bungalows on different levels with magnificent waterfall features. Our bungalow no 3 upper was unique in both interior and exterior design. The bathroom was big with a large separate wetroom with plenty...

We had the pleasure of stumbling across this little gem on Tripadvisor while planning our holiday. We picked it because of the reviews and we were not disappointed! The resort is tucked away in the hillside away from the city. We were greeted by the lovely Hanna who immediately made us feel like long lost friends. Our room was big,...

Genuinely stunning environment, peaceful, romantic and very luxurious. A must stay if you are travelling as a couple. Pretty remote being set in the mountains but well worth the journey. Private villa's built from wood and each one surrounded by waterfalls. Private stay with great service. Travelled September 2013, late review but genuine.

We stayed here for two nights. The resort itself is fantastic. It is quite beautiful. The grounds are lovely to walk around. It has a restaurant on the site. We are vegetarian, and there was enough choice for us. There are two types of room. Standard and superior. The standard ones are below ground level, and are a little bit...
