A charming little guesthouse in a good location with pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Less than a minutes walk from the elaborate clock tower with lots of casual eating options available just outside or within a few minutes walk. The rooms are quite new and a well appointed and good bathroom for the price range. Rooms are cleaned very well...

This is a great little place to stay. It only has about 10 rooms, which are quite basic but kept very clean and the beds are comfortable. The on-site manager is very friendly and can speak quite good English. The ilocation is ideal, close to many bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute stroll to the night market area....

Very friendly staff. Good bathing room, especially the shower. The only critic is about a poor breakfast which needs to be more various. Good value for money Very close from the Golden Clocktower. Many fun bars and various places for dinner

Located in the center of town it was a quick walk from the bus station. Basic room but clean and staff was friendly. Food and motorbike rentals nearby so we didn't have to go far to get setup for our stay in Chiang Rai. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms are cheap, clean and the bed is comfortable. And I could park my motorbike on the premises. Room has airco, TV, good bathroom. Good value for money. And only 50m from the famous Golden Clocktower.

Perfect location very near the Clock Tower. Immaculately clean and nice and peaceful for such a central location. There's a few thoughtful extra touches (free water, slippers, mini-bar) plus complimentary tea/coffee, toast and fruit each morning in the pleasant lobby area. The owner couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Lots of fun bars and a wide choice of decent...

The location just a few metres from the clock tower is fantastic. Staff were really friendly and my room was spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and included fresh fruit. I enjoyed having breakfast in the small courtyard with lots of fresh air. My room was cleaned daily. The wifi was fast and reliable. However, across the street...
