looks like it was once a lovely place. yes it's old but if you give it some love it will grow. it's a big place, looks like a old Chines building, old, smell, bathrooms bad and the coffee in the morning was worst. you can at least get bigger cups for the coffee and the white prison toast has to go. the area is not great unless you plan on hanging out at the local night club. 400bht I guess I should not complain. but I did anyway lol

This has to be the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! Old! Old! Old! Frankly, they should not even be open. Such a dated and delapadated Hotel, needs demolishing! Apart from the horrendous noise from the adjoining Par Nightclub!

Positives; Room was large . Good price. Close to clubs. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Negatives; Staff did not speak much English. No lift and no one willing to help with luggage. They charge tripple what anyone else would have changed for laundry. No taxi or tuk tuk in the area. Far from the market.

We spent two nights at the inn come hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely tired as well as the furniture which is showing significant wear and tear. However, it was clean and the bed sheets were lovely and soft. Breakfast can be included in your room rate but there was limited options and we were not asked which option we wanted. We were automatically given eggs, ham and Frankfurter, though there was chicken and rice. We did not have breakfast on the second morning. The hotel is situated away from Chiang Rai city and I would definitely recommend finding a hotel nearer to the centre.

The hotel complex is big. However the decoration and rooms look old fashioned. Renovation and retrofit may be needed. However, the hotel is overall clean and comfortable. Also, the deal was very good indeed. Free parking spaces and free wireless internet provided. Good choice for those who want to find a hotel room at low price in Chiang Rai.
