We have nothing negative to say! We stayed in a large double bedroom and it was excellent value for money (granted-it’s low season during Covid!). The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Toddy was fluent in English and gave us excellent advice for our travels in Thailand. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, toast and fruit and was all delicious. Thanks for a great stay!

I would totally recommend this family run B&B. My room was spacious and very clean, it also looked fresh and new. Bed was very comfy. I had to use WiFi for work and I can say it was very fast. There's a fridge and a hairdryer inside the room. Staff was very helpful and flexible. Breakfast was pretty good. Great and quiet location at a walking distance from the Clock Tower. I took the bus from the airport which dropped me nearby. Overall, everything was excellent. I doubt you can find a better place to stay in CR, especially for that price.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the happening areas. Room is spacious and clean. The host was informative, helpful and humorous. Service is good. Provide booking arrangements for tours and transport. Good breakfast. Very nice experience staying here for 4 nights. Will certainly choose this place if we visit Chiang Rai again.

We were pleasantly surprised at what we got for our money at this superb hotel during our 2 night stay. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent information at check-in and always willing to answer further questions. They can tell you how to get a (very cheap) local bus to the White Temple, a trip we really enjoyed. Our room (on the ground floor) was very nice - modern but characterful and clean, spacious and well-finished. The shower flow was good but sometimes only hot enough if reduced a bit. The Wifi was quite slow at times and there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was very good with fruit, excellent coffee, some tasty bread and eggs (ask if you don't want bacon with them) served in a pleasant area by reception. They provided us with a breakfast box on our final morning because we were leaving early. The location is good - just a short walk to the centre of Chiang Rai. We'd thoroughly recommend this hotel as offering excellent value for money.

Perfectly located in the town centre, a short three hundred meters from the Night Market, this small hotel is really pleasant. The large rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped. A good breakfast is part of the deal. Toddy, the manager will do anything to please you. He spent two years in London and his English is excellent. I'm a biker and so is he: he spent quite a lot of time telling me about the best itineraries around Chiang Rai and the Golden Triangle. Don't look for another place if you go to Chiang Rai.
