Great location, local night market just down the road. Nearby with lots of massage and local food restaurant all just walking distance. Breakfast buffet still ok. Wifi in the room really bad. For RM150 per night I will consider nearby hotel with cleaner, new hotel and strong wifi in the room which maybe 5-10mins walking from Lee Garden. The lunch...

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was included and it was a nice buffet. There is a pool and gym. They offer a lunch and dinner buffet that is good for the price, they give a senior discount too. The rooms were clean, with a electric hot water maker and refrigerator. The beds were getting a little old but the...

We spent two nights here and were pleased with the hotel for the price. It's a very large hotel so you won't have a lot of personal service. I think this is an older hotel, but has been well maintained and upgraded. The hotel has lots of amenities including a very large gym, a pristine swimming pool on the 12th...

We stayed here twice to break the trip from Malaysia to Koh Lipe (2 hours car ride followed by 2 hours of speedboat from PakBara). This hotel is at the heart of the main Shopping zone of Hatyai. It has a shopping centre at its ground floor (hotel lobby is on level 10) and is surrounded by stalls of street...

Hotel staff were great to accommodate our family weekend. The rooms were clean but age is starting to show. The Buffet breakfast is ok, but Hat Yai's many breakfast eatery offers better choices. Getting to Hotel room requires 2 elevator ride, one from ground floor to Sky Lobby (10th floor) and second once from Sky Lobby to Hotel room.

Great location as you can shop and massage till you drop. Below hotel was the shopping complex. Outside hotel was the walking street which start to operate from 4pm till night....

Firstly, I have to say that the service of the staff members were excellent. All around, the staff members were greeting with polite smiles. Kudos to that. Even at buffet tables, staff members were helpful. The room was clean. Another good point. The need to change lifts at the 10th floor was a bit hassle, especially if one was in...

Our first impression went down from the parking lot. There were plenty of parking lot with no parking allowed. We tried to park at one space. Though there was no car in the space, the hotel guard just told us that we weren't allow to park at the space because it was reserved for the hotel owner. When we asked...
