I'm staying here tonite and unfortunately down with bad flu. Upon check in during noon time was informed that the whole hotel water heater is out of order and repairing. Regret that the heater was still out at nite and was told its going to be another day. The hotel should have some damage control plan for such situation. I... More

Masseur request tips after the massage service. Feel very uncomfortable. Massage service so so but very bad habit from the masseurs asking tips from customers. Avoid this place by all means If you using the coupons for massage, you will treated differently and the they will shorter the time accordingly

I am a regular visitor to Hat Yai and stay at Sakura Grand View most of the time. My last stay there was a disappointment. We booked four rooms there and all our rooms at the 9th level had small cockroaches crawling all over the place in the toilet. You kill those and more of them appear the next day.... More

This would be a 3-Star Hotel. Pretty nice clean rooms. Reception was helpful and the staff is able to speak English. Housekeeping was good and prompt. Free wifi in the rooms. Lobby is big and has comfortable sitting areas. Hotel has a breakfast buffet spread everyday. Was about 135 bahts. Both Thai and Western Food spread.

A nice medium class hotel, with clean rooms and reasonably priced.. The hotel is just opposite the old Sakura Hotel, and some 1 kilometer away from the Railway Station.. Rooms comes with reasonable buffet breakfast, though the choice is quite limited.. The one very irritating fact is that the front line staffs hardly speaks any english and lots of imaginative hand signs were... More

This is 1 hotel which will remind you back to the era of 80' -90's as their furniture fittings reflects it but my last visit was 10 years ago. They have good massage center in-house and quite well-known Foodies, no worries there is plenty around the area
