The Three HatYai is a simple and no frills hotel. Location is good, surrounding is not as noisy & it is located near several shopping malls and only 6 mins walk away from Kim Yong Market. Although the hotel does not come with breakfast, it does serve simple snacks in the morning like porridge & toast for guest. Breakfast is not a problem as there are plenty of eating places near the hotel. Checking in & out are smooth. Staffs are friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds & pillows are comfortable. The only fault I can find is that there is not enough clothes hanging area especially for family room where more people are staying. Overall it is a good stay and will stay in The Three HatYai again when I come back to HatYai.

Self drive from Malaysia to Hatyai. There is only 4-5 parking space in the hotel parking area, which is behind the main lobby. We went during normal days, hence no issue. Different story if it's peak season. Outside of the hotel is plenty of side parking lot, however during morning to evening, it usually occupied. Only available at night. Arriving at the hotel around 11am, room is already ready for us. There is basically hassle free check in process, only requested for passport and deposit, and the room key is ready as well. Thumbs up for the arrangement. First floor is a dining area. Simple breakfast and afternoon tea is provided till 5pm. Good to have a snack before going out for shopping. The room is spacious. The bed is large, but it's a little hard. Wouldn't really recommend for people who is not a favor of harder bed. Flat screen TV is provided, with lots of channel, however only could find 2-3 English channel. The design is quite thoughtful, with all the lights control just above the bed. Only downside is the side table is too small. Washroom is as per advertised. Japan automatic toilet. However, the shower temperature is abit hard to control, and the water pressure varies during different period of time throughout the day. There is 1 major disappointment, which is I found a lot of ants in the room during the second last day of my stay. The housekeeping should really look into this. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay near Lee Garden, which is 2-3 min walk away, however do mind that the price for this hotel is considerable higher than most of the other hotel nearby.

A clean and friendly place with large rooms and truly remarkable bathrooms! We were disappointed that there was no outside area, no pool and no bar, which meant we had to wander town to find drinks and a place to sit and relax. It was fine for an overnight-er on our way home from a holiday but would not stay here for more than one night.

Our first trip to Hatyai for 4 days 3nights. We chose this hotel because of its location. From this location, we can walk to many restaurants (Chok Dee Dim Sum, Dao Thiam, Pee Lek 59, Che Seng Tuehuan Kiamchai. Need specially to mention "Southern Thai Bird' Nests" which sells crispy skin suckling piglet at 1600bht 😋😋😋 [located opp The Regency Hotel]. Worth a try but expensive! The hotel serves self-service - simple breakfast n tea breaks like biscuits, 🍞, coffee, tea, juices, mini puffs, porridge etc). Dont expect it to be very nice as it is free. The receptionist is only till 1am. They are friendly n helpful. The hotel room is big, clean with firm blanket n pillows. Our room is facing the main road but not noisy. Air con is cold. 🚿 is hot n strong. Wifi is strong. Except that there may not be enough charging points in the room. Calling Grab in the city is not a problem. There are many massage parlors around. We went to Pailin (opp Mac) near Lee Gardens, which cost 250bht for foot n shoulder massage while others cost 200bht, which we find them to be good. Tipping may not be normal here, but we still tip. I would recommend this hotel.
