Stayed for two nights. Basic but a very clean hotel. Good service. Centrally located, but the end of the busy central area, ie quiet end (ideal). Parking available. Very good value for money. Plenty of breakfast options within short walking distance.

Strange as it seems, most of Hat Yai old hotels remain exactly the flagship as decades ago. Time could have stood still here despite the hustle and bustle of endless visitors. I couldn't notice any change of this hotel from when I first stayed more than 10 yrs ago. You can imagine the fitting where you have to stand in the bath tub for shower. Honestly, they're decent enough for the price and the location compensated for the lack of amenity.

We came in 2 group. Arrive & depart different time & booked 5 rooms. Upon departing they kept delay returning passport until room check. Then informed us one room small towel is missing. Luckily we recalled that room they failed to give 2 towels on the day before. Just saying, be particular on the hotel items. They hunt you!

New Season Hotel came very highly recommended by a good friend and it didn't disappoint. Hotel is in the heart of Hatyai town and is walking distance to good food and massage places. Staff was great and the room (New wing) was big, clean & comfortable. Manager Ms. Tanapon was friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is among the new ones at Hatyai market area. It is much newer and cleaner than the older hotels around the area. However, all the receptionists were cold and unfriendly. The rooms itself is commendable for the price you pay. The distance to eating places and market is excellent, especially for Muslim food. Do check out Khalid Restaurant, a Muslim restaurant down the corner from this hotel, good Tomyum and authentic Thai food and inexpensive.

Was surprised that the rooms are spacious as well as clean. They have kept it well and does not smell musky like many old hotels. The bed sheets are clean. The bed is nice and firm. I prefer firmer pillows, theirs are soft. The towels are ok, clean and does not smell. The entire room is bright including the bathroom. It's still the old bathtub with shower. Overall for the price we paid, I'm satisfied and fully met my expectation.

In Had Yai, this hotel provides you the safe place to sleep, near the central area of Had Yai, the room is clean, on non smoking floor. If many tourists come, the breakfast will be set as buffet. Today a dish of big sheet noodle with gravy was selected. The disadvantage is the service for gym and swimming pool charge 60 baht more

Fairly new hotel in town, friendly staff, clean room, few blocks away from the main city center which is a plus point as less crowded and noise. restaurants and massage centers are just around the corner.

Furniture in need of some refurbishment. Shout out to the staffs and cleaner who offer to help to clean our room again at night even if they’ve cleaned it in the morning. They also helped us with the WiFi issue. However, WiFi is extremely sucks and all our phones couldn’t connect to the WiFi and couldn’t use it. Please improve the WiFi service.

First of all, Be careful: there is New Season and New Season Square hotel. The Square is the new one The Season where I stayed is the older one. Hotel is ok, carpet in the hallway has holes and is outdated. Rooms are very clean but not very large. Tile and laminate flooring, so no dirty carpets. Bathroom is ok but mirror needed definitely an update because of the spots in the reflection. Tv, hot water cooker, fridge, minibar... Room is complete. Mattress is pretty hard (but that is a personal opinion). View from my room was not spectacular, street and wires. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is in the restaurant of the new hotel next door.
