I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!…

First impression of the hotel is its clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy when we arrived at 1pm room was ready for check in. All the staffs at the front desk was very friendly. Was great getting to meet Mdm Nujaree at breakfast the next day. Definitely recommended

We walked-in at 0131hrs without booking and yet we received a warm welcome hospitality from the receptionist & bellmen. Check-in was smooth and room was comfortable. What impressed us was when the owner greeted us at breakfast table! We would appreciate if the hotel could provide kiblat sign and prayer mat in the room for Muslim travellers like us.. Overall the service is far beyond expectation!

We were a family of 6, booked 3 rooms for a stay of 3 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was exceptional; from the security personnel guiding us with the parking, the bellman helping us with our luggages and greeting us every time we passed by right to the receptionists and the lady in charge of the breakfast spread! Pool was great too for adults as well as kids. Not too far from the city centre and tuk tuk can be easily accessible within 300 metres. Things that can be improved further are the breakfast spread (menu is repeated) and the drainage system as some of the room toilets had some unpleasant smell. This is a non smoking hotel, great consideration. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in W3 hotel 😊⭐️

Spacious and very clean room as it's a new hotel. Just 1.5km to town center I.e. Kim Yong market. Tuk tuk around town is only 20baht person. Best of both world I.e. not too far fr town yet out of the hustle& bustle of town crowd

Rooms are spacious, toilets and showers are clean. Swimming pool is cool with jacuzzi. Hotel location is a bitcfar from the town area, but it’s fine if you have car or calling a grab. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

This is the newest and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Our room floor was so clean that I don't even have to use their bedroom slippers. So new, chrome bathroom fittings still shine ! We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was so spacious. Beds were very comfortable, a comfy couch in room good enough to act as extra bed if need to. Plenty of sockets and lighting. Car park has 24hrs security and plenty of parking space. Bathroom is big enough and provides essential soaps and shampoos, etc.. Breakfast provided though lack variety but doesn't lack taste, everything provided tasted good except no coffee machine, you have to made your own coffee from instant coffee powder. Restaurant area is pretty small but efficient staffs there made an effort to clear up as soon as guest leaves. Every staff there never forgets to greet their customers and always wear a smile. If there's something that they need to improve, is probably only the shower pressure, is not strong enough. Highly recommended if you have your own car, cus this area is not walking distance to most shopping district or attractions. I will come again if I'm in Hatyai. …

Good new hotel, clean, good service, affordable price. Breakfast is very basic, location is a bit hard to find. The hotel has the pool access. Restaurant and room service is still not available because it's a 3 months old hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, family, couple, single travellers wheather you are on business or leasure
