More than reasonable price. Clean, old furnitures and well located located on the city center. Staff is not the most helpful/kind in the world but they allow us to leave our backpacks all afternoon. Food is nice but you can go any restaurant nearby for half price.

Stayed here in early March of year 2012 (not in May 2013 as clicked in TA review) but now only remembered this hotel name after returning from Hatyai recently. Good location but room were very basic and a bit out-dated. Suitable for those who travel with public transport as is strategically located in town centre. Price is slightly more expensive...

Location is good. It is just behind Mayflower Grande hotel. Quiet as it is away from the main road leading to shopping area. Service is pretty average. However, if you want internet service, only a certain floor has it. The connection is not that good either.

Hotel facilities are average but staff service leaves a lot to be desired. We booked 2 adjoining rooms and one of them did not have any towels. We asked for the towels and 2 extra pillows. We had to call housekeeping many times to remind them and the housekeeping sent us a effeminate male very unfriendly housekeeper to come and...

Stayed at this hotel recently over a really busy period when all the hotels I'd normally chose were full. Managed to get a couple of nights here and it was OK, but only just. On the plus side the hotel is VERY well located, right in the centre of Hat Yai, close to Lee Garden Plaza, restaurants and food stalls....

Stayed there last year with my dad on a trip. Location wise, it is a bit far from the central, you could find a dessert stall on the opposite road and a dim sum + fried kuey tiaw stall few steps away from the hotel, some of you even can see the stall from the room. Clean and seems new...

The hotel located a bit far from the central and it is quite difficult to find food around this area. We took tut-tut to Lee Garden for dinner. The room is clean and quite spacious, equipped with kettle and also provide some instant coffee mix. The bed is quite comfortable also. The reception was quite helpful when I requested power...
