We ride up from Singapore but no worry abt parking, Our bikes are safely parked at the hotel compound. Decha, the staff there is very warm, friendly n welcoming who is very devoted to his work. Took grand deluxe room cos that can fit 5 of us. Big, nice, very clean room. the bedsheets all smells good! Our room is at the last floor, so we hv a good view of the area. The hotel area is not at the main road, so its good n quiet & cosy. Although it may not be at the main road, but we can just tell the reception to go anyway, they can help to call for tuk tuk. It cost abt 20baht/pax. No worry about halal food cos there's alot of muslims here and looking for halal food is not difficult. I manage to go to Klong Hae floating market. A good place to go for lots of halal food and shops, can go crazy there. But the place only open Fri to Sun. No breakfast provided. Basically this hotel is recommended!…
Great hotel with expectations as below: Pro: 1. Huge room 2. Quiet neighborhood 3. Exceptional service / made us feel at home 4. Very clean and great decor. 5. Private Balcony is awesome if you need to smoke. 6. Safe - can only enter with your pre-registered finger print in the evening. Con: 1. Slightly far from most market/shopping. Great if you have a car (huge parking lot) 2. Walking distance to beer gardens and nice clubs ie "Zound" (10 mins walk) , Kiss Channel etc. 3. Strict adherence to check in and check out time ( 100baht per hour for late checkout). Stay only if you are good with no early or late check in/out. Tips: Get yourself a tuk tuk on the main road - few mins away to save yourself a few baht. Tuk tuk from reception is slightly more expensive. Would stay here again for a night if having night out at the clubs nearby.…
The receptionist is very friendly and I was surprised because he greeted us w our name! And he even brought us up to our room and explain everything to us. So helpful and lovely. Not very far from Lee Gardens, is only 10 minutes walk away from this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, super cheap price for classy boutique hotel like this!
For the price and in Hatyai, this is as good as it gets. Location is a bit out of the way but okay if you have your own car. It is also very quiet at night if you appreciate peacefulness. Plenty of parking space with 24 hour security. Its rainy season now and it was raining when i was checking out. The front door actually has a retractable canopy that's retracted. When asked for it to be extended so that I can bring my car over and load my luggage....the reason given by the hotel staff is that the canopy can't be extended because the remote control is with his boss.... And his boss is not coming today.... To the manager/ boss of this hotel... Either you leave the remote control with the hotel during rainy season or tell your staffs to come up with a better reasoning/lie the next time. Don't think I will be staying here after this... I can't stand stupids...…
The Hotel is in a quiet hidden road of Hat Yai, offering peace (not easy to find in Hat Yai) Room are spacious with plenty of windows The staff is always friendly No food offered, but this is OK as Hat Yai offers plenty of place to eat nearby (including dimsum breakfasts and a seafood restaurant for dinner) A shame not other similar hotels in Hat Yai which could bring competition and better prices. Overall: this hotel is not a boutique hotel but a nice and decent hotel, you WILL NOT be confronted with funny business or single man (often smokers) bringing in company for the night, this hotel attracts family and couples. This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and remains my favorite place to stay.
Fantastic boutique hotel. Great design and attention to comfort in the room. Very good security features and staff were good English speakers and very attentive.I love the big spacious room and balcony, beautiful and simple design and deco. Is a bit far from Lee Garden. Lack of 7-11,restaurant,massage center in the vicinity.Overall it's a good stay and i will be returning back to this hotel whenever i travel to this side of the town again.
Stayed just one night in mid July 2013. Saw the great reviews here as well as relatively ok pricing (I paid slightly less than THB1500 for a night). The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Clean as well, no complains at all about the rooms. If the management had provided early check in and late check out as I have noticed some Thailand boutique hotels are doing, then that would have made the experience even better but for the price, no real complains. However the location was a real pain, nothing is really close by and more importantly every single tuk tuk we took from the city back to the hotel had not the slightest idea how to get to the hotel and we ended up wasting so much time finding for the hotel (a good tip is to tell the tuk tuk that the hotel is opposite the road from Yee Fah Hotel). To be honest even though I really liked the rooms, I don't think I would stay back at this hotel if I ever visit Hat Yai again...…
impressive for it huge room, huge built-in wardrobe, clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. But the problem is we have to talk up the staircase to the 1st floor to their front desk with our bulky luggage, its different than the other hotel where u can access to the front desk easily. The location is not at the central of market area so you have to take your Tut-tut.
the room is huge, everything is clean the hotel is quite new the stuff is polite but the location is not so good, if u want to go to the market, it's gonna be a long walk overall, it's a good place to spend the night
Stayed for four days, clean, quiet, well appointed room No problems! Mgr. Hatty And Ae at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, as I was looking for a lot of local information. Would definitely stay again and recommend it for other travelers. Well done guys!
