I booked a room with mountain view(pls see the picture if how mountain view it is) yes, I accept that it is good location but all others are worst. Breakfast is for tourist with very few choices but tons if eggs😰 The staff is also not professional. The room gives you 20 pieces paper tissue if you use more , pls buy before check in
Clean room and good and diverse breakfast. The personnel is polite. Hotel of choice if you need to visit Prince of Songkla University. It is opposite Central shopping mall and close to Lotus and Makro.
Clean, modern rooms and an extra comfortable bed make this hotel a great choice. Easy access to the best mall in Hat Yai as well. Nice pool and gym, our room also had a nice whirlpool bath tub. Breakfast could have been better but it was still decent.
Crystal Hotel Hat Yai is located in great location. You can walk cross an overpass for 5 minutes to reach Central Festival Hat Yai. The room is nice and clean but I think it might be better if it is soundproof as we can hear the noise from other rooms and vice versa. The public pool is also nice with mountain and city view. Breakfast is yummy, buffet with lot of choices.
We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .
I rarely give negative review to a hotel, but this is the very first in several years i gave. The security is rude (named Noom) and the hotel has no proper signal sign for the parking. Very focus on wedding guests, not at all focus on individual guests. Has gently raise a complain, instead of having security to apologize, but mentioned please write letter to GM .... how unprofessional. Breakfast is poor (only coffee is good) nearly to none service. Room is just ok (we stay in room with a tub) but very clean, shower need 2-3 mins to be warm. The only good thing is opposite to central festival hat yai. Absolutely, not recommend.
Pros - Booked the Deluxe King Suite with bath tub (Room 2501). Location was ok as it is near to the central festival mall. Room was spacious as advertised, clean and comfy. Thank you for allowing me and my mom to check in early, like super early. I really appreciate it. The swimming pool is nice tho I don’t have the chance to use it as I didnt bring my swimming suit. The ambience and decoration of the hotel was excellent. So pretty and suitable for wedding. Breakfast selection was ok, not sure if it’s halal or not. But I dont worry much on that coz I can modify my breakfast from just plain salad to a nice egg burger. Hahahahahah. Maybe in the future you can apply a halal cert, I’m sure people will love it. Majority staff was friendly, but some not. I’ll tell my story below. But overall, I like how I spent my money for this kind of accomodation. Male staff at the lobby was helpful when I said I cannot use the shower at the bath tub, within 5 minutes, there are supporting staff to assist me. (All my review is solely based on a true incident, you can check from your cctv if you want to give credit to the involved staff) Cons - The advertisement showed the room is a soundproofing room, and please don’t trust it. It was so noisy. I can hear the whistle sound and I think it is from the parking downstairs. That happen on my first night there. On the 2nd night, I am not sure where the loud music comes from. It sounded like a party was going on. I don’t think it is reherseal for the new year celebration at Festival so I am sure it comes from the hotel itself. But I didn’t make any complaint to the staff as I was so tired and once I doozed off, the loud music is not a problem anymore. Hahahaha. The staff at the front counter, a lady and not quite sure the name, I asked her if she can call tuk tuk for me to go chabura dimsum, and she did not know where it is so she reject me just like that and ask me to ask tuk tuk driver and she said if I walk outside, there will be tuk tuk waiting there. Ok, so i went out while still google-ing how to go the chambura dim sum. Waited there for few minutes still nothing. Not even 1 tuk tuk pass by. Went inside lobby back and ask again, I can’t find any tuk tuk. Now she changed her facial expressions and ask me to go festival mall. And wallah, lots of tuk tuk here. To the lady, talk nicely to people, I love your beatiful country, even if you don’t know where is the place I am going, guide me to correct path. No need to make face. me. We booked the Suite Mountain View with breakfast package. Room is clean and well equipped. Hotel is located within a walking distance to the biggest mall, and 2 night markets. Night market, you can grab(taxi) there if you want, but if you like walking...then it's walkable. Hotel is also not too far away from the airport, say about 25mins(non peak hours). We took grab car there. Bathroom have the standard amenities, bathtub and separate standing shower. Basically we love the simple no fuss room. We will definitely come back to stay here next time. Breakfast is simple.
Located opposite the Central Festival Hat Yai Shopping Mall. Takes around 15 minutes by car from the airport and take around 10 min by car to go to Lee Garden shopping street or night market. The twin room is 27 sq. m. Room is clean and modern (I stayed at the new building) For breakfast, there is variety of food. The restaurant of the hotel is quite small, but the food taste delicious (local taste)
This hotel looks nice, but don’t scratch the surface. If you need connectivity for work, stay somewhere else. The WiFi is hopelessly inconsistent. The staff are head down on their phones most of the time. The rooms are nice enough. Muted colours finished with average workmanship. Close to a giant mall, if that’s your thing. Never stayed in a hotel before that insists you sign a half page warning about smoking in the hotel. It’s insulting. Bar staff are staff assigned to the bar and don’t have a clue about anything - not how to mix a drink, or what any prices drinks are. Haven’t seen any international chain hotels around here so this might be the best there is locally. Sad.
