There is a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, along with the warm services from the concierge, housekeeping, and front desk clerks. Thanks for upgrading me to their villa it was a super cozy room. Breakfast was good but should have more choices for the vegetarian customers in the hot desks sections. They have 2 swimming pool sections and they are all good and relaxing. You could spend your weekend in this hotel easily.

The room was alright but lots of mosquitoes. The shower room drain was stuck the water quickly overflow. Cleanliness was ok. We had dinner at the restaurant but the food was very poor. I ordered a prosciutto pizza but the ham was super salty and was not edible. Then they replaced it with another pizza but that doesn't help either. That replacement pizza doesn't taste good at all. So I didn't touch much of it. My wife ordered a agliolio pasta but it end up extremely spicy hot that my wife unable to eat it at all. It was as hot as tom-yum soup full of chillies. It was a bad decision to eat there with money wasted. No wonder we were the only table there. But breakfast quality was quite acceptable.

This is a beautiful, very photogenic quiet hotel with lush tropical gardens and planting. We had a relatively long stay in December and were upgraded to a pool villa which was wonderful. We had a 18 month old toddler with us. She was thoroughly spoilt by attention. The breakfast was delicious and ample and our toddler was thoroughly entertained by the team.

Was an amazing stay at this resort , started with a very welcoming front staff , followed by a great Pvt pool villa , very spacious , and with a big bathroom with an outside shower as well .. hotel has 3-4 pm chocolate evenings , all kinds of chocolates with a chocolate fandue .. was just awesome . Pool was great with an infinity view to the ocean . Staff was great , Libby staff FAH, restaurant ms boom and ms Kate … and off course the hotel manaher mr tony was very helpful through out the trip . Will come back again in the future with the family .

To start with there is a number of outstanding staff at this resort but in particular Miss Boom & Miss Mook were exceptional always which I will outline below and are a great asset to this resort. Good start to my arrival with a fantastic tasty tropical drink to have while doing check in. Then an issue when I asked to confirm my room included breakfast for my three night stay. Initially told not included but as I had done the booking knew this was untrue so read the welcome letter they gave me. They then checked again and only one day included breakfast and persisted again my referring to the booking on the app and for the third check they then confirmed yes breakfast was included for all days. Over the next few days enjoyed the spacious room, lush gardens and multiple pools including breath taking views of the ocean. Everything about the actual resort was magnificent. I also tried both restaurants and room service over the three nights and the meals themselves were excellent and great value. The resort facilities which is what i call the "HARD" product was first class and cannot be faulted. The SOFT product being the systems and staffing in place need review and refinement as per a couple of examples below BUT also there is some exceptional staff that work around the systems to make your stay as enjoyable as could be. For example, the resort is a little way out of town but there is no onsite currency exchange at the resort, and none close by. There is a map with no labelling in the room on the door but no app or paper map available, so it takes some time to work out the onsite navigation especially if you arrive at night & being a large site. One night the bar was open but no staffing so needed to go back to restaurant to order drink and then it was wrong which I put down to a lack of staff at night which I concede is difficult to know how busy you will be. On the positive Miss Mook could be relied upon to provide a clear, calm and definitive answer/assistance on reception. Miss Boom who was in charge of Kampu Restuarant in the morning was always on top of what was happening in her area and she always enjoyed interacting with the guests and providing advice when asked and engaging conversation. One example of her can do attitude and being proactive was upon hearing I was leaving early before breakfast hours was to organise a breakfast box to take on the train back to Bangkok, truly appreciated. This year we stayed for like a week, not too crowded, wonderful for the kids and their parents, helpful staff, special thanks to the management and Mr. Sven for listening to our comments and needs. The best villa is 100 and 101 beachfront villas, on high demand, didn't get lucky this time hopefully next time, but great two bedroom villa. An excellent Thai restaurant with top service.

First time to stay in this hotel! It was a beautiful moment! Staff surprised me with BD cake at breakfast (thanks to the team, especially K. Boom, K. Nan and K. Mint). Room: got upgraded to pool villa (thanks to K. Lookyee and FO team) made my stay so special! Staff are well trained and took great care of guests. All in all, I recommend this hotel and will definitely back again!
