At a very quiet dead-end of the road, we found ourselves not believing how far in the place was from the main road. Nevertheless it provides us the peace and tranquility compared to most if not all the hotels we’ve been to. We booked a one-room unit with a private pool which was really the main attraction of the whole package. The room design as the name of the place suggested, it’s of Chinese origin. It’s a stone throw to the beach but it’s just a patch of sand. If you need a bite and don’t want to eat in the house, I think it’ll be about 10-15 mins walk and the convenience store 15-20 mins. You can also stuff from Grab if I heard the staff correctly. We chose to take Grab to the malls and came back fully loaded as we planned to cook dinner at the kitchenette provided. The staff is very helpful and even helped me to order flowers for my partner’s birthday. A complimentary cake was also provided for the occasion. Communication with the hotel was prompt prior to my flight into the country and I appreciated The assistance provided. The staff is also very attentive when on the second day when they saw the figure float was deflated, they quickly changed to a working one. If there’s any shortcomings, it’ll be that there’s a smell that seems to coming from the drainage of the bathroom and we had to make sure we closed the door every time we left the bathroom. We stayed at BTC boutique resort for a long weekend. From the beginning we were greeted by the hotel staff who helped carry the luggage. The check in was fast and very friendly. We traveled with a group of friends so got to see different room types - the attention to detail in each of them is great. We stayed in a regular room, with a huge terrace. The hotel is really clean and all the amenities work properly. As for the location - the hotel is not far from Hua Hin center and also walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure.

Stayed a couple of nights on a short getaway from Bangkok with the family (2 adults, 1 baby and our dog). Our arrival was prompt and very friendly. We actually were greeted right as we stepped out of our car and helped with the luggage. The checkin was fast and completed in the villa itself, so we didn't have to spend much time in the lobby, to our relief given the current pandemic. The villa was very well maintained and clean. The pool was also in pristine condition. The resort is a few steps away from the beach , which was very quiet and great to visit at low-tide. Overall highly recommended and we will certainly return.

very friendly, staff, we stopped in a 3 bedroom unit which was spacious and had its own private courtyard with outdoor dinning , sun lounges, swimming pool and bbq inside it was nice and clean with a small kitchen, comfortable lounge chairs and very comfortable beds, all appliances where in good order and worked well

The 2 bedroom villa with private pool is such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and beautiful private outdoor area with pool and area for outdoor dining. Breakfast is delivered. The rooms are pristine clean with good size living area. Not too far from Hua Hin centre. Excellent value for money.

Pleasant, nice staff, quiet location about 2km north of the centre of Hua Hin. Breakfast provided, and option to order food in for evening meals. Small 7-11 and Tesco Lotus within 300m, and a beach access nearby

Happy time at Hua Hin. I stay at pool Villa. So big room and clean. Good service. Easy for traveling ^^. Drive from Bangkok around 2.5 - 3 hours. Resort located near Wang Klai Kang Won palace. The resort feature Thai style and antique Chinese.

Long time not visit here but everything still good. Pool Villa is the best for me. Private zone and big room. Happy time here. I will back the resort again if I have chance. Happy with good service mind, delicious food and clean room. ^^

Booked for a 7 night stay in a studio with private pool. Lovely room and pool area. Room was roomy with a large pool area with 2 x lounge recliner chairs and table and chairs where our morning breakfast was served. Room had good size bathroom area with vanity shower and toilet. Didn't use the kitchen area at all but the usual jug toaster etc. A 5 minute walk to safe swimming beach which we used every morning. 5 minutes to nearby restaurants. A short distance to town and shopping centers which we used tuk tuk and taxi at a very reasonable price. The pool was great to use and keeped clean every morning. Management and staff were great with lots of information. Couldn't really fault at all. Great stay, great staff. Thank you

We have had Perfect Stay in a 2 bed pool room. Good breakfast and WiFi. Lovely staff really quick to any request. Really clean inside and outside at the pool area. I would definitely recommend and stay again. 15min walk into town or a 100bhat Tuk Tuk.
