Stay away from this place, pre arranged everything before arriving which included the price which was discussed with the owner Chris, he informed us the price *included* electric, cleaning 2 times a week and clean towels/sheets etc, upon check out we received a bill for 7000thb with charges for Electricity Cleaning fee (room was cleaned 3x in 4 weeks) Sheets and towels fee (changed once in 4 weeks) 20b per day fee for the microwave in the room 20b per day fee for the fridge in the room..... Where in the world does the hotel/guesthouse charge you for parts of the room... we brought this up with Chris and his answer was “your lucky I didn’t charge you corkage for the empty bottle of wine I found in your rubbish” the guy is a complete scammer and doesn’t deserve to be listed on sites such as agoda.…
A little way out of town and hence quiet and clean. Clean Spacious rooms. Good free WiFi in room and throughout hotel and grounds. Friendly staff and locals in bar and restaurant. Crazy Golf and Lawn Balls available, and of course swimming pool. Good European and Thai food at reasonable prices, drinks prices lower than in town. Recommended.
Our passport and money were stolen from the room while we were eating in the restorant area!! The owner didn't help much!!! I wish I called the police :( beware. This ruined our holiday. Very bad place.
This is our second visit to Seajays Resort, its owned by Chris an English guy, who keeps the place lovely, and he is very obliging, nothing is too much trouble. His partner a Thai lady looks after the catering, Thai and European food are available in the restaurant, and they have Sunday roast all very good.A bar with a good variety of drinks and reasonable prices if you don't want to go out on an evening, although there are plenty of places to eat close by. A 15 minute walk. The rooms are clean spacious and come with AC.television plus DVD player, hot water shower, also a fridge is available to hire. There is a pool, also bowling green and crazy golf, and a pool table in the bar. Motor bikes are available to hire from Chris, most guest hire a bike as it is a 15 minute ride into Hua Hin. A good quiet place but near enough to town for those want it.…
Best value for your money. Friendly retired British owner, miniature Golf, swimming pool, free wifi, full bar and restaurant, pool-table,motorcycles for rent, message staff, airport service. This resort is tucked away on the hillside of Huahin. The owner ( Chris) has many happy-returning customers and he is very well-respected among the local expats over there.
The place is great! They provide nice garden, nice swimming pool, nice mini golf area, nice sporting area, nice bar and restaurant. The room would be perfect if I ignore the dirtiness of the toilet bowl on arrival and the worn look and some spot on the blanket(I would have given you a 5* review without these) the bed is so comfortable, cold AC, big screen TV, free wifi but no mini bar fridge. The English owner was so nice, we arrived very late at night(mid night) and he was there waiting for us half sleeping :) we woke him up by calling to his mobile.... Sorry for that and we appreciated your time. We woke up in the morning and had a great breakfast. The restaurant, bar and kitchen were so so clean as well as the public area. It took some time to reach here, far from town but believe me even its in cheap price but so worth it! Next time I will stay here longer. Thanks a lot!…
We visited sunday evening and had heard the roast was good, we were not disappointed. Chilled quiet atmosphere with a meal to remind you of home. Bhat 250 each with a choice of beef, pork or chicken, with mash, roasties, veg, and Yorkshire puddings, ummm.
Looking forward to returning a 3rd time later on this year! Chris and his team will offer you warm and friendly service, great food, comfortable and clean rooms with huge beds. Love those double vodkas too! It really is home from home, there's always a great crowd of people who, like us, return year after year.
we were so lucky to have found this place. The owner Chris and his friendly staff are on hand to help with everything you need. The rooms are large, and so clean. The food is great with a good menu to choose from. There is a good pool and well maintained grounds. It is 15 minutes to town by taxi, but there are motor bikes for hire at a reasonable cost at Seajays. This is a great place to stay for people on a budget. We really hope we can return!
