We, as a couple, stayed at Putahracsa Hua Hin as our first stop of our Thailand trip and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We stayed at the Oceanbed Jacuzzi Villa 405 for 3 nights. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by two lovely staff from the butler team, Thip and Tan, who showed us our room and the services we could enjoy during our stay. Both of them were spoke great English and very professional. I was particularly pleased to see them taking off their shoes prior to coming into our room, as well as all the staff that had the come in for housekeeping our room services. Amazing cleanliness! We also booked a spa treatment on our first day. I would recommend booking at least a few days in advanced to avoid disappointment. Our masseuses, A and Joy, were super attentive and all smiles. Our 135-minute couple treatment were beyond amazing that we wanted to go back for more, though it was full the next day. We are determined to come back for more next time we are at Hua Hin! Lastly, there are a few dining options in-house. We opted for a dinner by the ocean at Oceanside Beach Club & Restaurant, which I also recommend booking in advance, especially for the tables closest to the ocean. Go there at 5:30pm then you'll get to see the views of daytime and nighttime. Breakfast options were also wonderful. Oceanside guests can choose either a-la-carte breakfast at the Oceanside restaurant or buffet-style at the cafe across the road. We like buffet breakfast so we opted for Ob-Oon. We were greeted by Executive Chef Niwat each morning and it definitely brought smiles to our faces. (We also saw Niwat at the Oceanside Restaurant during our dinner and were sad to say goodbye to him as it was our last night at the hotel.) Thanks again for the impeccable services and for our relaxing stay at Putahracsa. We will definitely come back next time we come to Hua Hin! Best, Ms. Loretta Lee and Mr. Ricky …

Really Good place to stay in Hua Hin, good food and atmosphere, sincere and super friendly staffs there, I feel warm like staying at home. Located at center of Huahin, near night market Strongly recommend for everyone to choose this resort for vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My wife and I love the fact that there is free replenishment of our mini bar with soft drinks, two cans of beer, bottled water and fruits. We are also impressed with the welcome afternoon high tea. We stayed at a Silksand room. We requested for and got a ground floor room facing the pool. This allowed us to just walk out of our room straight to the pool. Get a room that faces the morning sun so that it is not hot in the afternoon and you can enjoy lounging on the day bed outside the room balcony. The poolside jacuzzi is one of the most powerful we have experienced. It certainly helped to soothe our tired muscles after a game of golf. Will stay again if we come back to Hua Hin in the future.

Everything was so great during our stay. Especially the people were so friendly and polite, great service. Our favorite was a breakfast at Ob-Oon cafe. The staff there was so so nice, every morning welcoming us with sweet smile, remembering which coffee to start. And the atmosphere of open bright cafe was the perfect way to start our day. During our stay I had to ask special request for my husband's birthday and they helped me and even brought a little special cake for us as well. All the service there was very heartwarming. The location is very good, to the Hua Hin night market is only 10 min walk, Cicada/Tamarindo market are 10 min away by scooter. The hotel security man is always in front of the hotel and taking care of us, crossing the street etc. We prefer small size hotel and here was in that sense perfect, all attention you get here is just great. The pool villa is just amazing! Room is spacious, clean and smells good. You can have enough water, fruits and snacks daily in the room. For breakfast, you can choose to have it in room or buffet at the cafe or order at the ocean restaurant (super great view). Staff are friendly and helpful. The daytime security guard stationed at the road side greets us every time we’re out and really helpful when we cross the road. Our butler Guitar is nice, detail minded and answers all questions you have in mind for your trip. Thanks to all the staff during our stay!

Excellent accommodation, attentive service, a wonderful experience and holiday. The villa was superb, own swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, what more could you ask for.The breakfast and food in the beach side restaurant is great. We only had three nights and wished we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this relaxing boutique hotel. Very polite, friendly, helpful, happy and efficient staff. Exceptional service with attention to detail, all round. Excellent quality food in both restaurants. Breakfast buffet at Ob-Oon had extensive and variable choice at breakfast. Dinner at Oceanside was also very good, one of the best restaurants we ate at, in Hua Hin. Room (jacuzzi Villa) was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Our housekeeper Sao, couldn't do enough for us. Best ever and we have stayed at several 5 star hotels! She was very hard working, so meticulous, always smiling and ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness, visiting 2-3 times a day. Location was perfect, approx 10 minutes walk to the main hub for bars, restaurants and Night Market, though can always use hotel shuttle to night market. Peaceful, in spite of room being close to main road but it was never very busy nor noisy and we had a bit of fun with the security guards who help with crossing the road. So glad we chose to stay here after checking the locations of several other similar type hotels, we had considered in the area. The spa experience was professional and top class, quite different and worth the extra money compared to the down town massage places! Yet still very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again and can't recommend and praise hotel enough.…

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location, with everything you could need for a very relaxing stay. Just outside of town, with a free tuk tuk taxi ride into town and a 10/15 minute walk back. The area by the pool is very calm and relaxing and we never had an issue getting a sun bed during our stay. The room was really well proportioned with very nice shower/bathroom area and a lovely comfortable bed. The cleaning service for the rooms was exceptional. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice and in a lovely restaurant. Every member of staff served us with a cheery smile.
