I stayed here in 2004 and it was great to see the property has been well maintained. I had a problem with my Garden View room and the staff moved me to a River View at no extra cost. The breakfast has both Thai and Western choices although most people stated the Thai food was better. There is a small fitness...

A super hotel with delightful rooms , balcony and facilities including pool area. Rooms probably a little tired and signage n the superb gardens a little confusing until you are used to it . Reasonable bar area with very friendly staff in hotel and a good restaurant. Of 6 hotels this was the 2nd best we stayed in Bangkok and...

Couldn't believe what a great setting it was. Lovely charming colonial type Hotel. Calm and relaxing. When we arrived we had the whole pool to ourselves. Great base to see the war cemetery, death railway and hellfire pass. Was a haven of tranquillity after being in Bangkok the previous 4 days. Nora was very helpful and charming.

Over-priced maze of a falling down establishment that once had been great. I even thought the garden was only so so and could have been made so much more interesting by someone with a bit of creativity. The food was excellent though.

We spent two nights at the Felix River Kwai Resort. The lobby is beautiful and the attention to detail for the reception area is quite Thai. However, the room was less than impressive. There are very few plugs for electronics. The balcony needed to be cleaned. The bathroom and room were both quite large but very basic. One of the...

Lovely setting ,food good . could only offer one bottle of white wine ,a rather indifferent chardoney @ £24.95 a bottle .With some investment could once again become a very good hotel . A good deep clean of rooms and bathrooms would cost little .

Retro resort with fabulous river view and large beautiful garden. I don't mind a little tired Resort. Big room, go for riverside corner room. Balcony complete with swing chair. Timber floors, big bathroom. Old style. You can walk to Bridge over River Kwai. Two huge pools. We had an icy cold beer and a very fine Frenchfries poolside, served by...

Probably the best hotel in Kanchanaburi. Cosy, quite, breathtaking river panorama, old fashioned clean rooms, nice swimming pool. Quite far from the center but Hotel has shuttle by some little pay. Breakfast, Live music, smiling staff. Spa is beautyfull and you will be shocked when the tinny lady gives you a hard massage. Special thanks to Supervisor Mrs. Luttaman( Norma)....
