Hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. My kid are very enjoy to swim at Swimming pool. Around hotel is so many shops. Walk way to popular Bagala road and beach. Highly recommended and we will come back again.

The staff let us early check in and they are very helpful especially Mr. Wang at the front desk. The location is very nice which is very close to patong beach and the famous bangla walking street. I would recommend going to this hotel

Really good in patong beach great staff at reception top service hotel is close to shops beach bars restaurants it is also close to bangla walking street and they have two pools one in the rooftop and ground pool

but I was treated like one when I came to ask for help as I my credit card didn´t work, having no cash, and no idea how to reach my bank in Europe. I got the computer for at least an hour without charging me (well, there was literally no other way), received guidance about the bank policies in Korea by the hotel staff, and was delivered to the embassy by phone call. At the end everything turned out happily.

This it great hotel i'm stay here for a short time around 5 days the staff in the hotel is very very nice and so friendly if i have change i will come back to stay again The location is good and easy to find. The bed is so comfy but it is double so kinda small especially with a toddler.
