Stayed with my wife and another couple in one of the 2 bed apartments. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating after another hotel let us down. They have a lovely pool/bar area and nice food. The apartment was very good value, clean and has good facilities. Very highly recommended for when Patong opens up again.

This was a good hotel in terms of location and value. It was walking distance to Bangla Road and the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a separate lounge and kitchen area which was also useful. It’s in need of a bit updating but was clean.

We booked here for a week and it was quiet and comfortable. 2 bed room unit with 2 stories upstairs sleeping and downstairs living. Pool was nice to sunbake and relax around with service from the restaurant. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and serviced daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is a Tuk Tuk ride away from Bangla Road, but a street away from the beach. Local shops and bars are a short stroll away. Massage service available behind the Restaurant. Wi Fi very slow

GOOD 2 bedroom 2 floor apartment. Chris the owner stepped in at the last minute when our previous accommodation pulled our booking 2 weeks before due to arrive. Apartment is great, plenty of room for 2 adults and a 10 yr old who likes his own space. Staff are great. Pool area is great. BAD The elderly people around the pool made it look and sound like a French speaking version of Cocoon. Didn't get 1 Hello/bonjour in 2 weeks, and God forbid if anyone splashed in the pool, anyone would think one wasnt allowed to splash in water ???

It's been a while since I ate here, so I was pleased to see the food is still good. However the restaurant is looking very scruffy these days. Looks like no investment has been made for years in keeping it well maintained and up-to-date. The lady that served me was not properly trained. When asked if the dish comes with anything, either she didn't understand or it seems, she didn't know. Would I come again? I suppose so, at least until I find somewhere nicer to eat in.

Stopped by for lunch with friends as we were on holiday here. Such a variety to choose from...chicken with cashews and rice was yummy. Steaks looked good, lasagne came with a huge salad. Everyone was pleased. Cost is average, around 280bht depending on choice. Would go back again!

We are long time customers of SPB and was somewhat dismayed when I read Steve Cummings review so it was with some trepidation that we stayed again. The only things I found in Steve's complaints that were valid now was that there are still a few broken tiles in the pool but not as many as mentioned in Steve's post. The only thing that I can think of was that the Manager Phillipe had a serious health scare recently and as not around however he is back now and things are back to normal. Rooms and grounds spotlessly clean and grounds are well tended to- beautiful so if you are a past customer do not be put off by the criticisms - they have been fixed. We are always looked after well by management and staff here and certainly will be coming back

This was my second visit to swiss palm beach resort. I cannot find even one single fault in this hotel. They give you clean appartments. Amazing kitchen setup. The swimming pool is too good. The restaurant is excellent and they can customise your food too. The reception is always there to sort your problems. The location is just perfect on the beach. I enjoyed my vacations with my family. You will not be disappointed to book your stay with them. Anytime i visit phuket again i am going to stay in same hotel.

Swiss Palm is the best accommodation I've ever taken for an holiday. It's definitely an home from home. The location is amazing just 2 minute walking from patong Beach, a beautiful garden before to access to my flat which include a pool (usable at any time) sun bed and parasols. Also there is a restaurant with good breakfast menu, Italian, French and Thai cuisine, large parking for the motorbike. The service from the staff couldn't be better, always cozy, my house was cleaned perfectly everyday and cleaners were always super gentle waiting for us to leave the house for clean it (and sometimes was happening in the afternoon) not touching any of my values left all around the house. I highly recommend this little paradise and I'll definitely come back again.
