Lovely hotel with cool decor. Super comfy beds, lovely pillows. Nice to have a speaker to connect our phones to for music. Very clean, ambient lighting, well stocked mini bar plus complimentary water. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Reviews that gave thumbs down for street noise should reconsider! It’s on a very busy street - go figure! I thought the sound proofing wasn’t too bad and we just played some sleepy music when we turned in. Bathroom was lovely with high end design & fittings plus quality toiletries which made our stay feel very lux. The rooftop pool was a delight to use first thing in the morning (we had it all to ourselves as we rose early) with lots of comfortable loungers/beanbags/towels. (When we stayed, there was a section of poolside deck being renovated, but that did not spoil our stay - good that it’s being maintained.) Breakfast was sensational - good coffee and juice bar. Food choices included all the usual suspects, plus Asian & European fare and even delicious yogurt and panna cotta pots. We made it a leisurely brunch and enjoyed every mouthful! Highly recommend! …

We had a great stay at Indigo Patong, lovely modern rooms. Nice pool area with lovely bar staff serving you. Great amenities in the room, along with free bottled water daily. We did have an issue with the guests next door to us playing music at 4am in the morning, this happened a couple of nights, however the hotel dealt with this and moved us to another room, which was a bigger room so we were very appreciative of this. We didn’t have breakfast included in our rate but we did have it a few times during our stay, there is a great selection of food available and you can also order other items off a menu. The pancakes were very good! We enjoyed Pots Pints and Tikis bar, we went for happy hour most days and the cocktails were delicious. Location is great, walking distance to the madness of Patong but far enough away that it felt peaceful. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and very close to the beach. We will definitely be going back!…

Very clean and stylish room , wide variety of breakfast options, friendly staff, excellent location.
I would like to thank Indigo Hotel family as I had great time in this amazing hotel, the design and cleanness of the room was perfect. We are currently staying at the hotel as Gold Ellie members. When we arrived at check inn it was very hard to understand the receptionist she was talking way too fast and her English isn’t very good. Our credit card wasn’t working and the hotel wanted 6000Bht for a 3 day stay they wouldn’t take GBP which we have handed over in several hotels before this one. So we eventually got our room key usually we get given some drink vouchers but not here. So we went upto our room through dark and unattractive corridors. The room itself was ok more about this later and we decided to go to the rooftop pool all the beds we’re crowded around the pool and if you moved 5 meters away there weren’t any because everything was in one place it was overcrowded. I seen a bar advertising happy hour so we thought we would give it a try . I was charged 235bht per pint for a draught singa I looked at the menu it said 180 so I went back later to buy a bottle then they tried again tried to charge me more than the advertised price so we have been ripped off by the hotel and now the bar I sounder what the manager is going to say. We went 30 metres away from the hotel to pay 130bht for a pint so I’d like to ask the manager what is the offer on the happy hour? Later that night returning back to the hotel we walked in our room and it smelt of raw sewage we contacted reception and they sent a guy to our room so I’m not 100% sure if the problem has been resolved. Trying to get some some sleep here is virtually impossible the noise goes on all night. I’ll be doing another review when I leave the hotel. The hotel is luxury in price but budget quality.…

Had a great room, king corner suit. Great location close to beach walk, markets and bars. Trendy area with nice hotels around if you’d like a change of scenery. Close kata if would like an excursion in the farms and 30 min to Old Town Phuket. I find Indigo hotels slightly cheaper than Hyatt and Intercontinental hotels

Love the environment of the hotel. Clean and comfortable stay. Location was great. Surrounded by massage centre ,7-11, motor rental shop. It’s really convenient to go anywhere. Service 5/5. Definitely will visit again if I back to Phuket island.

The hotel is spacious with a city view balcony, staff are really nice and helpful. Just 10 minutes walk to patong beach, there are many local food and restaurants nearby. We enjoy the days in hotel indigo, you can find convenient stores,watsons downstair. Will definitely come back if I go to patong again!
