The hotel have a littel pool the pool is clean, but the sun is not shining in to the pool area. Hotel room are are nice and clean, the staff do a good job they are always helpful and smiling. They have a big restaurant area in the hotel a good place for a beer. The breakfast is good. If you like to walk then it is okay but autside hotel they have motorbike taxi, and it cheap to go with them

Giving 5 star for a hotel is difficult still tiger run group of hotels... Managed it..the best was the placer of location was very good and also the rooms....the view from all the rooms are awesome... The only problem is that they dont clean the room for the next day and also the staff dont understand English or say doesn't want to... Although the decorations will make yoy feel at heart... There is clean swimming pool... Strong wifi... Bar although the restaurant is on the other side and you have to cross the road... The food is very expensive and they give in small proportion....they will give water also for per person but once only... The billiard board is 20 bhat for once game.... Overall good.. There is also a problem that is the phone number of the hotel given ia that of Bangkok residency that is another hotel onwed by tiger group... And the address is also the same... The taxi will have to takd you to another 10 mins more distance.... They also promise to serve you many items at a cheaper rate than 7 eleven and family store.... …

I stayed at this property during my trip to Phuket in December. It is a very good hotel with good amenities and the staff is also very nice. Opposite to it there is a 7 eleven store. The Patong beach is not quite close to the hotel which makes it a quiet and good place to stay.

i stayed at this hotel and found it to be great place to stay staff were very friendly and helpfull , the rooms had been revamped to a very good standard ,clean ,well set up ,and comfortable myself and the wife very much enjoyed out stay here , it has a pool a sauna restaurant ,bar , parking , is in a busy rd ,but in your room its quite ,from our balconey we could relax outside . its not that far from the lively sea front ,by scooter or tuk tuk or taxi this is a good place to stay in my opinion ,try it for yourselves i rate it very good .

Hotel locate not so near with patong beach, so not so noisy. Also at hotel and around that area got bike rental, if you know how to drive a bike is a good choice to stay here. Room is big, breakfast have quite a lot of food as per it star.

Hotel good value for a money. Room good size cleaning standard very good room nice and tidy everyday. One minus of the hotel no proper shower in the bathroom. More like wet room then bathroom. Staff very helpfull speaking well english. Swimpool very small compare to the hotel picture and water so cold. No many sunbeds 4 of them beside the swimpool

Really nice hotel for the price couldn't be better. Staff is truly exceptional and efficient. Short ride to the beach and clubs. Local watering holes are very nice if you want to stick close to home. Close to shopping and restaurants never had a bad meal.

1) On the last night (4th night), around 10pm while we were resting in the room and suddenly someone open our door using access card (without knocking), luckily we lock with door chain, the guy quickly say sorry and close the door. We were shocked and forgot to response. We believe he is hotel staff. We didn't report to hotel cause we cannot recognize the face, which I felt regret now. I should ask them to check on the CCTV, but now it was too late. 2) No lift, we stay at 5th floor. Might be my fault cause I forgot to check on the facilities and request for high floor to avoid the motor noise. 3) When there is wind blowing, there is annoying sound from the window. 4) Shower area a bit congested from toilet bowl, dont like the shower curtain, prefer glass door. 5) A bit dusty on the bed side table lamp.…

I recently booked a Hotel via Booking.com and had my worst ever experience. Booked 2 standard rooms from 26th dec till 2nd jan(7 nights) . We left the hotel after 3 nights only and had to make another booking. I have attached all the pictures along with this email. Problems as described below 1) Both the rooms were terribly stinking and had to buy room freshener in order to take out the smell. 2) The room pictures shown in the website and actual room is totally different . Please refer to pictures attached and the pictures as shown on the webiste 3) Bathrooms are in worst condition. I have got multiple pictures. The vanity is really bad and brown water comes out. No separate bathing area and full of moulds. The shower area got open pipes and separate area to stand. 4) Bathrooms dint had water for 6-7 hours on one of the evening. 5) The curtains in the room are so thick that full light comes in and can’t sleep during day time. 6) whole night the traffic noise comes and the club opposite to the club makes so much noise which makes it next to impossible to sleep.…

We stayed here for 7 days, lovely hotel with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice friendly staff. The only big problem was our room on the 1st floor which gets all the noise from outside on the street and people partying until about 2am every singe night. You actually can't sleep until that time when it gets more quiete. Some tourists are so loud when they check in and have no respect for others which is not the hotel fault. So, if you are a light sleeper like us I would not choose this hotel but if you are here to party every night and go to bed at 2am then this will be perfect. Not sure if the other rooms above the 1st floor are better, maybe just avoid any rooms close to lobby and pool tables.
