Good quiet location. Comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to help. Room safe available and free water. Close to beach and Bangla Road (about 10 minutes away ). 7-11 just at the bottom of the road. Definitely value for money.

This was a clean and functional room, with toilet. It was nice but not special. Quite a walk in my the Thai heat to get to the beach. At the end of the road was the rubbish collection not so sweet smelling.

The older receptionists are helpful and speak english quite well, even though one of them is a Chelsea supporter. We got dirty bed sheets when we got there but they changed it right away when we let them know. Close to the beach and close to the Jungceylon.

I was very disappointed with this hotel because I had originally booked a standard room for this hotel and when we got there the lady in the front lead us to a different hotel next to it. The building was smelly, no elevator, the AC was making loud noises, washroom was filthy, the staff does not seem trustworthy and not helpful at all. I complained to the lady informing her that this is not the hotel that we booked for. She told us that they were full but she will move us tomorrow morning. It would have been nice if she informed us about this first before placing us to a diff hotel if we haven't noticed. This was a 28 mins walk to the beach. Good side is they do make the beds everyday and leaves you bottled water free of charge but I wouldnt suggest leaving any valuables in the hotel room if going out.

Owner was very nice, pleasant and welcoming. Everyday, the sheets were being changed. We had water , tissue, soap and toothbrush being replenished. Receptionist was wonderful and helpful. Such a nice place to stay at for vacation.
