We stayed in the Busakorn Wing only for 2 nights as it was at the end of our Thailand Holiday and we had already stayed at Doubletree Phuket Banthai Patong for 5 nights previously. We have stayed at Holiday Inn when our kids were younger in the main wing and now without kids wanted to stay in the Busakorn Wing room 1115 which was directly opposite the pool bar. The room rate was great value, included free mini bar - replace daily and breakfast along with turndown service and free snacks such as fruit delivered to the room and jar of nuts. The room rate was a lot cheaper than the Doubletree Phuket Banthai and Phi Phi Holiday Resort where we also stayed and the room was by far the nicest. It was a very large room with separate large shower, toilet, two vanity areas and heaps of cupboard space. It had a small couch by the window and a lovely bar area at the door where you walk out to the pool. It was a beautiful room and the linen, bed, bedding and bathroom products were all of a very high standard. We slept very well! The breakfast at Charm Thai was amazing, so much to choose from and all very good quality. All of the pastries were fresh and the selection of fresh fruits and dishes were extraordinary. The coffee, tea or Thai ice coffee were all made fresh - not from a machine you do yourself. The pool bar was heaps of fun and comparing it to Doubletree Phuket Banthai the cocktails were made very well, they had cold Singha beer on tap and the staff were very well trained, entertained guests but were also very respectful and therefore we found it better. Pool Bar happy hour was a lot of fun - few hours in the afternoon The pool area in the Busakorn wing is beautiful and my only real issue is that the 'courtyard' area outside the ground floor rooms does get very hot and I did find the pool lounges a little squashed. It is really just a matter of moving to the other side of the pool where the shade is in the mornings, so it was not a big issue. I would recommend a ground floor room a little further down so the area is not as hot and you would then get more shade, it would also allow for more privacy as you are then not directly opposite the pool bar. I would request a room away from the pool bar next time. I would certainly stay again as the whole resort, and restaurants - we tried Charm Thai for breakfast and dinner and also Sam's Steak House were amazing. The hotel has had a lot of improvements and renovations and there is no sign of neglect that was evident in other areas & hotels since the covid lockdowns. Coming down south from the peace and tranquility of Natai beach, we were not sure what to expect here given the hustle and bustle of Patong. It's our first time staying at Holiday Inn (standard room 607) and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. This is a big hotel establishment and despite a stone's throw away from the main street and beach, it was relatively quiet. Location is great as it is practically at the beginning or end of the main street depending on which side your are coming from. I believe the rooms were recently renovated as it looked relatively new and modern, spacious, clean and neat and good value for what we paid. Bedding was comfortable as we slept well and housekeeping was prompt and meticulous and very generous with our request for bottled water. Toiletries were of good quality that my partner love it so much that after checking with the front desk, she purchased two bottles of the shampoo and conditioner. For us, breakfast at the Seabreeze restaurant is a must try with its delectable and generous selection of Asian and western cuisines. We may have overlooked it as air conditioning seemed to be centrally operated as our room was too cold and we were unable to manage the control resulting in us having to intermittently switching the a/c on and off. Also felt the soundproofing can be improved as at times in the morning, noises can be heard along the corridor and housekeepers going about their work in the adjacent rooms. Having said, these are minor inconveniences. For those looking to party, shop, beach-out and activities in the vicinity, but at the same time not too loud and rowdy, Holiday Inn is a good option. It was a pleasant stay and should we come back to Patong for a HOLIDAY again, the INN will be foremost in our minds.…

Staff was amazing! Restaurants were outstanding, Pizza at Terrazo was Delicious, Breakfast at Breeze was huge buffet style, Sams Steak and Grill was top notch steakhouse (make reservations). Pool Happy hours from 4-6 and then on location bars happy hours from 6-8!!! location was excellent with Patong Beach right out front of hotel and umbrellas were very affordable to rent for the day at 200 baht. Short walk to all the street vendor activity you desire, from local vendors, massages, souvenirs, STREET FOOD :-) and 7-11's to stock your fridge with essentials! Also Bangla street is a short 10 minute walk away which has all the night light you could desire in Phuket! but far enough away that your stay is quiet and protected in its own little world!

Good location, direct acces to the beach, not too far away from all facilities. Very family friendly. The breakfast was good, great selection. Sometimes a little bit noisy in the evenings from cars that are passing by with loud advertisement.

The Holiday adult only rooms may be a a little expense but I will pay again no worries, worth every penny, complimentry beers and soft drink every day into the mini fridge 50m2 room that was immaculate, very comfy beds and pillows....just superb!!!!!!
