We found this hotel through walk-in and it was a great find! Hotel is clean and service is good. Owners were very accommodating and nice persons as well all the staffs of the hotel. My family and I stayed at this hotel from 24-30 Dec 19. Located in a very convenient spot, very easy access to many eateries, 7-11 stores, night markets, malls are within 10-15 mins walk. As there are 4 of us, we stayed in a deluxe room. Very spacious, has basic cooking facilities, microwave, toaster oven. Free WIFI in the room!! Room is clean, fresh towels, bed sheets everyday. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Rob and Johan are very friendly and hospitable. They and their staff are very accommodating and helpful, made our stay very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again.

Basic but fantastic hotel. Owners are South African and super helpful. We had two issues one with the shower and the other with the aircon, they were fixed immediately. We needed help to find our new destination and the receptionist was on hand to sort it for us. The location is fantastic with a short walk to the nightlife. We will definilty be staying here next year.

It's a total no-no for a comfortable stay. There are no lifts, no helps to carry your luggage and no drinking water facility. Of all the places we stayed in Thailand, this was the worst place and worst experience on behavioural aspects. We had booked our room for 3 days out of which 1 day was in a Superior room and 2 days were in Studio rooms. We were asked to check out at 8 am in the morning of the 1st day as we were heading for island trip; so we requested the receptionist to shift us to studio room where we can put our luggage; to this the receptionist responded arrogantly that none of the rooms are available and we need to put our luugage near by reception area and the same would be transferred to the new room once available after 12 pm. It only led to our disappointment when we were back and 6pm to find our luggage lying in the reception area. Upon enquiring to the receptionist, we were told that none of the house cleaning staffs were available for shifting the luggage. She was so rude in her behaviour that we almost thought of leaving the place.…

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we do not have a lift and many smaller hotels do not have, fortunately it is only 3 floors. Correct, as you were changing rooms due to separate bookings and the room you were moving to was still occupied by guests the previous night therefore they requested you to bring your bags down to reception. As your bags were heavy and almost bigger than our ladies. Noting that you were a group of 4 people, 2 being young strong healthy men I think asking a small lady (almost as big as you bags) to carry you luggage up to the first floor which is about 15 steps is asking a bit much. Also the manner in check you address the staff makes a big difference. I am not condoning her being rude as you mention but also remember how you speak to Thai people and being rude is not the answer. I would suggest next time as your strong young male friends to carry your luggage and not a Thai lady which is a quarter size. We do not supply free water in low season due to extremely low prices offered. Regards Rob

The entrance of the hotel is a bit hidden. No private parking is provided. Big & clean room. Staff are friendly & helpful. Facilities are well kept & functionning well. Value for money. However, a bit noise before 2am because the hotel is located beside main road

The rate for staying is so cheap, and it is near to Bang-La night street, Jungceylon, Patong Beach. The room was clean. However, there is no hair dyer in the room. It is suitable for a group of friends. There are rooms for 4 adults in the hotel. The receptionist was so kind and polite.

i book a deluxe studio for a family of four, its huge, include the dustbin, even facilitate light cooking. i bought many fruits, snack, instant noodles, all sort of drink, beer, food and pastry from the street store, 7-11, family mart, i dun have to eat under the sun, standing, looking for washroom etc, its a great "small" room to enjoy all the thailand thingy. and the best part is, the housekeeping will make sure your room is as clean as the moment like you first stepped into the room. its ridiculously clean for such a mid range hotel. the only small issue i could found is the room facing the main street, hence the noise from the motorbike engine is a bit annoyed, however most of us are too tired to notice in this party town called patong. another issue is the hotel management insist to leave the key whenever we are out, which i personally very appreciative because i hate to bring along my hotel key everywhere i go, unless its a access card. i don't know what the objective though for such practice, i just found it seem a bit stressful to the hotel crew to keep alert whether we forget about the key. lastly, hope to come back soon. …

Thank you for staying with us and the review, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We try our best to ensure rooms are kept clean the same way I would expect to see a room. The keys are left at reception for a few reasons: 1. In case of emergency - fire etc then I know immediately who is in and who is out. 2. House keeping can see if the guest is out then they can clean the room without disturbing guests if they still in the room. 3. Guests leave the keys in the rooms while out for hours on end and AC running which is unnecessary wastage of electricity. 4. Guests could lose the keys. We hope to see you again. Regards Rob

The location was good, not too noisy but still accessible to everything... just few blocks away from Bangla road.. the room was so huge, that could accommodate 4pax but still can add 2more beds for extra person.. the air-condition is working well, hot shower and amenities and well provided..
