It's like most crowded place.no welcome drink no proper attention at reception. Buffet breakfast is like Indian marriage hall.no veg.options neither they want to listen to you.groups of people arriving in buses chaotic .

From arrival to departure service is top notch. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and see to your every need. The rooms are clean and the housekeepers know their stuff when daily cleaning happens. They have a pool side bar with servers that know their cocktails and know how to keep everyone entertained. A daily buffet breakfast with a food selection out of this world. There really is something for everyone on this buffet and they do a very good job of keeping everything filled up throughout breakfast times. This resort is an easy 5 to 8 minutes walk to all the Hotspot and the beach is right across the street. I will certainly be back as soon as I can.

We are party of 8 adults, 1 child age 5 and 1 infant 18 months, booked 4 rooms for 8 nights. The room is quite spacious, beds are OK, large bathrooms with both bathtub and separate shower room. We had the basic rooms that faced the parking lot but didn't hear the traffic. All rooms have reasonable size balcony with table and chairs plus a wooden rack for drying clothes. For the rooms, I wish they provide more dresser or drawers for us to unpack our luggage to the drawers for easy access without opening and closing our luggage for 8 nights. There's a kid's room free of charge to use; a small bowling centre, pool tables, and snooker tables at extra costs. I had been to the main pool and the sky pool. The jacuzzi jets at the main pool didn't work, the sky pool is rather small but features infinity edge. There are some small pools for those rooms that have private pool access. We only tried the buffet breakfast, lots of varieties, but the same thing for 8 days got us tired of their breakfast foods. The kitchen appears to be short-staffed as the egg station always had a line; the noodle station is mostly unattended and I had to asked the kitchen staff to track down the noodle cook. This hotel/resort is not truly beachfront, to access the beach, we had to cross a 3 lane busy one-way street. This hotel sits at the front of Patong beach (if you come from Phuket area), going mall shopping and night market requires between 25 minutes and 35 minutes, or you can hire a "Tuk-tuk" for 200 Bhats to go just about everywhere within Patong beach area. For the price, this is an excellent value for money hotel/resort in Patong area.…

Excellent stay for our family at Graceland. Pools were plentiful, rooms very clean, staff very friendly. Staff Dino, Asha and Kelvin ran activities for young and old and made our children’s experience and our overall stay that much better. It’s this type of customer service that makes you want to return to Graceland.

The Resort was a wonderful place or a holiday. Room was large with very comfortable bed and pillows. The Kid’ Club was amazing and three employees put their heart and soul into entertaining the little ones. They are Asha, Kelvin and Dino and my grandchildren adored them who are normally a little shy. The Room Service Menu was limited and the food average. On the whole the holiday was fantastic with lots of special memories.

Absolutely love it it's such an easy environment to be in. just down the road from the most beautiful beach where we went parasailing was an excellent experience absolutely loved it. The hotel has nicest people friendliest environment best pool I've ever seen. Can't wait to come back in October.

This hotel was AMAZING. We went as a family of five (2 adults, 7yr, 3yr, 1yr and the activities for not only adults, but especially children was the best I’ve ever seen. Asha, Kelvin & Dino in the kids club are kind, funny and highly entertaining. Our wardrobes are filled with tie died tshirts now. We can’t fault the overall service, care and facilities. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. Room was big enough for the 5 of us, and housekeeping were amazing. The kids absolutely loved the daily afternoon activity they held in the pool, and they staff running them were so lovely and engaging, we had to make sure we were back at the hotel at 3pm every day especially for this! Balconies were very large which made it very easy to dry bathers etc, and the view was beautiful! We were on the 5th level with views of the pool and beach. We also enjoyed dinning at the on-site restaurants and breakfast had a great variety of food which was always well stocked. We had breakfast at the sunset restaurant which I believe is nowhere as busy as the other option. The staff are wonderful, and we will definitely be back!!
