We totally enjoyed our six night stay in the spacious cozy king suite, thanks to great service from the team. Our completely new room room looks better in real life than in pictures, with squeakily clean fixtures and plush white towels in the washroom.
Water is hot, and pressure is strong. Pillows and the mattress are fresh and comfortable.
The location is right in the heart of Central Patong with direct interior access to the Jungle Jungcelon mall. Big C, Banzaan market and Bangla road are all within 5 to 10 minute walk, and Patong Beach is about 15 minutes away by foot.
Our first room facing the Central mall is noisy at night due to its proximity to Bangla road. We are very grateful to Alis at the front desk who moved us to a much quiet room on the second day, enabling us to enjoy good nights of sleep the rest of our stay.
Staff always greet the guests with smiles making everyone feel welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion we could make is perhaps to extend and vary the breakfast selections a bit.

New, stylish, modern, and well-managed hotel in convenient part of Patong just few walk steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops, and amazing nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and pleasant. The room windows are double layer and perfectly prevent the outside noise get into the room. But, what's really best about this hotel is the staff and quality of service. Everyone of the staff members that I interacted with are caring, professional and friendly. Especially Katy, Alis and Ni in the front desk, Yoyo in the restaurant, and Ni in the house keeping went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in January & February 2024 and for sure will stay there again next time that I go to Phuket. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and it is connected to a shopping mall,Jungceylon. We booked Social Cosy King Sunkissed directly with the hotel and they assigned the suite with a pool view.
The hotel was newly renovated and some maintenance noise occurred during the afternoon but that was not a big issue. Large swimming pool, comprehensive gym facilities and a nice billiard corner.
Thanks for the smooth check-in from Katy and the special treat for my dad to celebrate Father’s Day. Hotel Manager, Wasan recommended a local seafood restaurant near the beach for dinner and we enjoyed it a lot. Executive Housekeeper Darrel, Front Office~Alsia and Monica were all very polite and professional. Highly recommended for families with kids to stay!

Welcome back (Millennium) M SOCIAL we have been regulars over many years and have been waiting for the reopening. With a new name, fresh stylish refit and enthusiastic staff, we booked 9 days, enjoyed an amazing upgrade and were treated as family. The breakfasts were outstanding, rooms are modern with good quality bedding and quiet.
The hotel location on the JungCeylon Shopping Centre site is so convenient, everything you need, the basement has a SPA area with nails, massage and therapies. There is really good shopping, cinema, supermarket Big C, pharmacies and lots of restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk through Bangla Road, good money exchangers and entertainment nearby.

We stayed at this hotel on a full board basis which included a boat tour and massage, which was wonderful, the hotel was newly refurbished and sort of a soft opening so some finishing touches were still being done, the buffet breakfast was extensive, the rooms were extremely modern and spacious plus the beds were very nice. The dinner / lunch options were limited and repetitive but since we only had dinner this was ok for us. The boat tour and spa which was arranged for us was fantastic. We highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Patong. However, there are much better parts of Thailand to visit if you are not into the crazy party side to Patong (no fault of the hotel just depends what kind of vacation you are after not our particular scene). The hotel was very centrally located if you are looking to stay in the heart of things.

We stayed here with wife - they put nice candies for our arrival, this made it extra special. All the staff were great and it's in a great location too. But don’t recommend this rooms because you can here lobby music, kitchen noise and next rooms. We would recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank you Tim and Lotion.

Excellent five strs experience! The hotel is location while slightly remote, is praised for it’s balance between patong beach and shopping mall where our kids can enjoy the playground. The receptionist Tem and Kate are friendly, very helpful, the smile never leaves them face, suppoting to extend checking out time and supporting with booked a taxi .. Very happy with the choice we made. They were perfect in everything. We stayed 10 days 4-14 February,the hotel is right in the heart of Patong, everything you will need is close. The breakfast was amazing, we loved the staff too they were very polite. Don’t forget to drink the fresh carrot juice in the morning. 5 stars deserved I totally recommend it!
