Beautiful hotel and spa. Massage and facial was excellent! Service is excellent. Breath taking views. Spacious rooms. Amazing swim up pools. Pool bar was very fun and beautiful. Chairs, pillows and rooms need better cleaning. The bathroom walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Needs a bar for socializing at night.

We only stayed for 2 nights to have a couple of ‘resort style’ days out of bustling Patong. Lovely hotel, beautiful standard room, with large balcony. We had an ok view, but nothing amazing, you need to go up in rooms to get better view- eg: pool access or villas. Staff were all helpful and lovely, and beautiful buffet breakfast.

Nice skills warm greetings , we feel very relaxed after the treatment. I highly suggest their services. I tried the aromatherbey and my wife did the mango coconut treatment. She did also like the scrub and she feel moisturized and fresh after all

Absolutely wonderful, very friendly staff. With professional massage experience. Much worth coming up here for a real massage. Rather then the nasty ones on Bangla Rd. Very much recommended, you won’t regret it. Mon is great at what she does, couldn’t ask or expect better service then what we received.

Amazing. Second massage with Mon while staying at Crest Resort, she knew exactly what I needed & exceeded expectations. Post-massage I felt so relaxed & rejuvenated. Definitely recommend Prima Spa - I will be back again!

Dave, the muy Thai instructor, is excellent. We had a great time. He trained me everyday. The hotel was nice as well. The food was ok but the view and room was amazing. We had a good time and got a good deal as well.

Best message here at the Prima Spa at The Crest Resort, Mon was amazing, I asked for light pressure and she did the best job. We had the 90 minute cannabis oil massage and it was super relaxing. Definitely recommend a massage when here!

Had an awesome massage at the spa with June and Mon, so relaxing!! Tao and Arm at the pool bar are second to none and all the other staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile!!
