A wonderfully rural escape where you forget any troubles you might have for a while. The resort is definitely a hidden gem. Though slightly challenging to find, everything you need is right there. A pool that overlooks elephants, an opportunity to prepare food and feed elephants and a jungle (ish) tour of all the incredible work the people at WFFT do. It's a wonderful experience and the tour guide ( can't remember her name but she was Welsh!) Was really friendly and knew her stuff! They are working so hard to do so much and it's such a brilliant place. Food was included in the price of my room and it was all delicious!

This is far and away the best "wildlife" experience that I have had in my 20 odd years in Thailand. My wife, two daughters and I have just had a marvellous time during our two day stay. The first night we were the only people there yet the food, service and elephants were superb. For the second night we were joined by others and that meant our tour on the final day was a real joy. From a bouncy tour guide, through a knowledgeable and genial host to a wonderful group of other staff we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. CoVid has decimated Thailand and its tourist infrastructure yet this place still delivered a wonderful time. Reading one or two negative comments on here makes me feel sad, it is easy, it would seem, to criticise from afar. Goodness only knows how they have managed to keep financing this place with almost no external visitors for 18 months.

Booked to go here July 2020 Still waiting for our promised refund. Emails have been ignored. We even asked about transferring the money to a booking for 2022. Very disappointed as it looks so lovely. Hoping someone reads this and gets in touch. We were told they would honour their refund policy but it doesn't look like it a year on.
