Really enjoyed the stay at the Thai Palace friendly staff rooms cleaned daily and close to all amenities in the area. We hired a motorbike from the hotel for Bht200 a day which was excellent value and allowed us to explore the area. Enjoyed the pool which was literally only a few steps away from our bungalow. Overall experience was... More

Pros: Close to beach seafood restaurants. Good friendly service. Cons: Pebble beach & small breakfast. Location: Close to beachfront seafood restaurants . Stayed 26-Nov-2015 for 3 nights in ground floor standard room with breakfast. Bit of a wait checking-in whilst they compared single passport-names to joint-booking-names! Borrowed extra pillow without problems. Borrowed hair-dryer from reception however it had a broken... More

This gem in the town of Rawai is the best place to stay. We were greeted warmly and efficiently signed in. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. The gardens and pool area make you feel as if you are in a tropical paradise. Rooms were neat and clean, air-conditioning works very well. Breakfast at adjacent restaurant were well prepared... The entire staff, from Front Desk to Restaurant, were all so friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is Beautiful, Clean, Quiet and just across the street from the Beach. The Pool is available to enjoy anytime swhich I really appreciate being an early riser... took a nice tranquil swim before 6am. I would definitely recommend staying there. I'll book a room... More

My wife and I recently spent 21 nights at the Thai Palace Resort, we highly ratify this Resort and would absolutely stay again, without question. This was our first time at this resort (we usually stay down the road), the resort is central to everything in around Rawai Night spots. And Restaurants. , and also close to the Long boats.... More

Highly recommended place to stay. Fantastic friendly staff, great rooms, so close to everything, nice and quite with two swimming pools, amazing gardens. Absoulety terrible adjoining restaurant/food. Rooms were spacious clean and great size beds. One minute to beach and restaurants but still quite being just off the main road. Highly recommend for families.

This hotel is just across from the sea. Has it's own pool and sunbeds for guests. Our room was on the second floor which was fine. It had a safe balcony and couldn't hear people in the rooms below. The bedrooms were clean and you could ask for them to be cleaned daily. You received two free bottles of water... More

The setting was lovely, the rooms were fine. My 8 year old son did get a rash from the pool though. We were just disappointed that while they let our son stay free if we brought our own bedding (this is fairly common in SEAsia), we had to pay for his breakfast, which is NOT normal in SEAsia...Also, this is... I stayed for a night in July. I liked early check in, and the pool was stunning. The surroundings were beautiful as were the tidy and clean rooms. Don't come here if you value quiet, I could hear the neighbours talking and moving around in the room next to me and above me. The fridge makes regular noises and loud... More

This place is simply brilliant in every way possible. The hotel is spotlessly clean all over and the staff were lovely. We stayed here a week and could have stayed forever!! The pool was beautiful and a great place to just chill out and relax. The staff were very helpful, we rented a scooter to go and see some of... More
