excellent boutique hotel, thai and english speaking staff, clean 6 quiet place including rooms. i loved the small swimming pool, where i could relax, once we came back from the city. Hotels offers a taxi service into the city if required, you may also pick a taxi (Songtheow). Near the hotel are shops, like wash service, 7/11, little market for every days needs. Breakfast is served inside or outside. a very nice mix of thai and european morning food, you can order what you want, the hotel will provide you favorite dish. The bake their own bread, cakes and icecream. Kaka the dog loooooves ice cream. The owner are Thai who worked abroad, meaning the know also what Europeans need as well as Thai customers. We will be back next year for sure.
Beautiful modern hotel, very conveniently located. Exceptionally clean room. Very good Thai food for breakfast. The staff were very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. Good value for money.
This is a lovely, small hotel. The rooms are not large but are well appointed and the staff are lovely. They can’t do enough to help you. Rayong may not be everyone’s first choice of a location but we enjoyed our time there and found the hotel really relaxing. The small pool is quite private
We got a taxi from the bus station to the hotel, 150 baht. Check in was quick. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was lovely and clean and fresh. The beds were comfy with nice white bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge provided. Only storage space was 3 hangers and no drawers! The bathroom was very clean. The shower only had warm water every morning. The cleaner did a very good job every day. Breakfast is very limited for Western food but it's all fresh and well topped up. The staff are very pleasant. It's one of the five hotels we stayed in Thailand where people knew how to close a door without slamming it!! Making the hotel nice and quiet. Rayong is good for a 2/3 day stop over. The downside of this hotel for us was....there is absolutely no information in the room (except prices if you damage anything). No number to call reception, nothing about towels or linen change. There is no safe, we had to ask at reception and leave our passports there. There was no food menu in our room, again we had to ask. No check out time. It would be nice to see a drinks menu on the tables....We still don't know what coffee they served!! If they rectified these things I would give them a 5 out of 5. All in all a nice stay.…
Cozy small size. New renovated modern looking. Clean room n quiet though near to local karaoke. Few interesting local breakfast dishes. not far from the night life street for those who look for entertainment area. Small pool on the side.
decent breakfast buffet. Good for a night stop over before hopping off to the islands. Has a small swimming pool. Rooms are all the same. Small parking lot. About 30 mins drive from the hotel to the pier.
We really liked this new hotel and its staff are as friendly and helpful as can be. It is, a little strangely, built in the style of a small French Chateau and the rooms are very well presented and clean. Everything is new and the bed was very comfortable. There is a nice small and well designed garden and also a good if small swimming pool area. We really liked the town also with a very interesting old town and great markets. People were very friendly. The staff were excellent and trying very hard and between them more than enough English spoken. If you do need to go to Utapao airport after your stay do take the hotel shuttle. It is on the expensive side but the managers advice was spot on. There is no good cheap alternative, it is a long way and access to the airport is not easy. This was a very professional transfer. Breakfast was also excellent and well prepared. Would very much recommend this hotel which is quite a class act for a very reasonable price. Sent from my iPad…
