This hotel/apartment complex isn't fully built yet so there is still work going on in some of the buildings. The room that we stayed in was OK... clean and obviously new, but with some obvious design faults (no toilet roll holder!) and the quality of the workmanship is obviously poor (holes for lights had been put in the wrong places on the roof, so pieces of plastic had been taped to the ceiling to cover them over, also my husband opened a mirrored cupboard door and it fell off in his hands. It was luck he caught it - If it was one of our children, it would have fallen & smashed on them). The beds were comfortable, the staff were fine, I think we may have been the only guests there on our first day, so while it's nice to have a quiet hotel, it was a little weird being the only ppl there! Breakfast was OK - not great, but just OK.…
We booked this after moving from a much poorer hotel. This was much better! The room was great - very few hotels offer triple rooms. The icing on the cake was that my daughters bed faced the tv and she had the Netflix sussed in no time. The gym was great. The restaurant was ok - not much choice but a decent breakfast buffet. The pool was nice too. It’s in walking distance (1 mile) to the holiday in for drinks and a better restaurant.
Stayed for 1 night in deluxe suite pool view. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious, clean and comfy. Pool looks nice. Breakfast is good. Had breakfast near pool. But there is also buildings that not finish construction in the back.
The room is good and clean. My 4 years daughter loves the pool so much. The location is a bit far from the beach but if you have car that would not be problem. I will return to this hotel if I have a chance to travel to Rayong.
