Clean room but the room door is so bad. You will listen a door open-close sound a whole night. Price is cheap but you cannot sleep. The location is far from the beach , convenience store and has not any restaurant at the hotel. The PNY beach is not clean. You must swim at Samed island much better. This hotel is a place for take rest and sleep 1 night only.

Well.....well......we all know that it is not that easy to find a decent hotel in Rayong City (to be honest). And I mean in the city center not outside the area though. However, comparing to the price and facilities with others I still think that this hotel is quite alright.

Happy :)
- Attentive & Helpful Staff (Reception / Front)
- Large Room
- Clean Sheets with good bedding stuff
- Free WiFi
- Good Price (700.- THB around 20.- USD / night) - book direct with the hotel
- Functional A/C
- Big TV Screen (good quality too) & variety cable programs
- Small Fridge with complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water
- Hot & Cold Shower with Clean Towels
- Small Set of toilet amenity kit (soap, shampoo, cotton buds, shower cap)
- UV Protection Curtain with Small Balcony
- Safe Parking Area

Should be improved :(
- Cheap Toilet Equipment (tap, toilet paper holder, shower parts)
- Not enough lights in room (only 1 light bulb at the entrance, 2 small reading lights by bed & 1 standing light)
- Only 1 mirror in a toilet
- Drainage System in a shower capsule (pretty annoying whenever standing in a flood)
- Room is pretty dark with decorating theme in black

Note: Location wise is middle of nowhere but it is fine by me because I have my own car (may not be convenience for backpackers).

Overall is OK, if you just need a safe clean place to crash with small budget ^_^

Only a short trip in Rayong, it is fair enough!

XOXO

Stayed at hub de leaf while on business in Thailand!! A modern boutique hotel with very comfortable beds and a/c! The room is very clean and serviced everyday the staff are extremely polite and helpful!! Have even met the owner who is pleasant!! I would definitely return here!! The cab service is not expensive we have the hotel recommended driver (udam) a very friendly and likeable person who will take you too wherever you need!! Overall a perfect place and you can't complain for the price!!!

Very good hotel, very badly managed. With better maintenance and client treatment, it would be one of the best options in the area. It is almost a boutique hotel at the price of a basic one. Why I rated it one star?

- only hotel I have been to which is totally inflexible on checkin/checkout time. If you arrive at 11 am and you want to check in, you need to pay 100 baht for the early checkin hourly rate. Even if the room is available and clean!

- dirtiest window glasses I’ve seen in months of traveling (photo attached). Mold stains in the shower. Both bedside lights broken.

- you cannot have a free or paid coffee or tea, at all, anytime, apart from breakfast, when the breakfast area is open. Not a kettle in the room, or a service of any sort. And the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You got to take a car to have a coffee or a tea.

- I asked for a quiet room, got the one facing an empty land. Where stray dogs gather and bark all the night, I found out later. You better stay on the street side. \

- breakfast is a joke. There is not even the coffee, just a disgusting cheap powder mocking a Nescafe instant coffee.

Clearly, the owner have taste for architecture and furniture, bit no clue about the hotel business. With a little effort, this hotel could move from one star to 4 stars.

Ok so this is a pretty cheap out of the way establishment.

Eveything is just passable here staff are ok the rooms are clean and you can hire motorbikes.

Be careful with the motorbke rental as the staff tend to 'forget' how much deposit has been paid.

Probably wont stay again.

we are travelling by bicycle and we found this hotel via booking.com. four months old, easy to find, beautiful rooms, and very friendly staff. our bicycles had a safe place at the reception. WiFi for free.

breakfast could be better. coffee or tea and toast with jam. here is room for improvement.

Pros:
i) Newly opened-the building in general are in pristine condition
ii) Very affordable
iii) Spacious room-bathroom
iv)ample parking
v) Friendly staff
vi)Fast wifi
vii) Free breakfast of toasts and coffee/tea

Cons:
i) minimalist design-no frills
ii) Flimsy keycard-mine was broken and have to pay replacement fee
iii) Not located near to the beach, rather in some residential neighbourhood
iv) no nearby shop-have to walk around 5 min to main street
vii) room is very dim as the wall has not been painted and left with the cemented look which causes to room to be dark and not enough lighting to compensate it
viii) Staffs not fluent in English

Booked a three-day break to see Rayong, Arrived one day and left first thing next morning. This Hotel is the back of beyond, Not even any maps or leaflets in reception.
No taxis, not within walking distance of any ware, when asked for directions to shop are told the only shop within several miles is 7/11 unless you want to eat from a Thai shack the only food is junk from 7/11. After reading other people comments a good hotel for business use, not for holidaymakers.

I just stayed in this hotel during business trip in Rayong and I am quite surprised that we find a nice budget boutique hotel over there. Location is not so convenient quite far away from main road and deep in soi. Hotel provide small breakfast but we prefer to try local food. Room facilities quite handy but no hair dryer and no electric kettle provide.

I found this hotel from superdeal. Value to escape from busy Bangkok. Quiet and nice decoration. Spacious room equipped with amenities as the other hotel's standard. No breakfast only tea and coffee. But they are offered us American Breakfast free of charge. So surprised..many thanks and if any chance will come back again.
