Location is good because is 15minutes walk to Central Festival and to train and bus station. The owners are really gentle and they provide a free breakfast until 10. Also has a beautiful small garden and a parking for cars.

I though it was a hotel but looked like a residence as I wrote in the title. Compared to the price, it was clean and comfortable. It also has a bit big room. The owner was friendly. One more thing, the location was not so good. It was hard to find and in the remote place. Except that I was overally satisfied with the room.

This Hotel looks fine from the outside, but the rooms are dated and the furniture is not very nice. Lots of Mosquitos around. The manager or the owner did his best to get rid of them, he was very helpful. Don't know if they served breakfast. I would not stay their again!

I just spent two wonderful nights at this no thrills but huge value for money hotel/chalet rooms. The rooms were very clean and kitted out with good size and decent modern tv. A fan in bedroom and lounge area (first time I have seen fans in all rooms in my visit to Thailand's half a dozen or so hotels. And finally a decent king size bed with a firm to medium mattress. The shower room could have been designed a little better. I don't like shower water around the toilet bowl but that's just my personal thing! The owner was first class and provided me with an unbrella, map, taxi, additional 8 hours extra stay free of charge ( subject to the owner's discretion) Why can't more hotel owners be like this??

This small private place offers spacey bedrooms with a separate living room and kitchen for a very reasonable price. The style is modern, the place is very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our overnight stay here after a long driving day. It is just a three minute walk to the Landmark Plaza shopping mall. Friendly owner offer a good breakfast service. Highly recommended

On a side trip from Bangkok we booked this hotel for two nights, base on location, with no expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this small place with gracious, English speaking hosts. It's squeaky clean,with good TV and eggs for breakfast. The owner has a favorite driver and car, and set us up with an seven hour tour the next morning to the Pink Lotus Lake and the Ban Chiang museum, each about 45 minutes apart. The driver also speaks some English and was most pleasant. Both evenings we walked to the Central Plaza and the UD Plaza for great dinners and local color. On the second morning we had a few extra hours before our flight and walked two blocks to the "main street" and strolled for an hour. It's a nice change of pace from Bangkok. Don't expect the Hilton. Expect a warm welcome and immaculate surroundings for a great price.…

Stayed here for a week, love it. It's like ur own house, with seperate bedroom, living room and a kitchen area, u get absolute privacy. Only a few units in total, all surrounded by plants, cool even without ac. U have a choice of low n high pilows, quality matress, sound sleep guaranted.There are local eating options nearby, villa market can be reached in a few mins, tuktuk can get easily, warm hospitality. Recommended, come and experience urself, even just for one night, u will enjoy ur stay, outstanding choice!

Spacious and comfortable. Quiet and has a private feel to it. Well spoken entrepreneurs. Service impeccable. A little gem away from the city's buzzing nightlife, although close enough to explore. So close that it can be reached by simply walking, which makes this place ideal in terms of everything one might wish. Recommendable and a visit worthy.

Located in a small road in residential areas,this resort is not for anyone to just come across and walk in. The best thing here is its spacious and nicely-designed room, with separate living room and kitchen area that make it so value for money. But there is no typical resort facilities: no lobby,no well-trained staff to handle your request. If you can be on your own, that wouldn't be a problem. It's within walking distance to shopping mall.
