At first glance I really expected this hotel to deserve a 4/5 rating from me - but unfortunately customer service almost ruined it all. Plus the powerless twinkling lighting in the room with some old model low wattage LEDs. All that gives a very uncomfortable feeling in the room, which is otherwise nice, clean and well maintained. WiFi was slow and unreliable, but hey, it this was the problem, I'd only wave and not even think about it. But I cannot stop thinking that 2 days they were giving me some numbers to call a tour agency about the advertised Red Lotus Lake tour, nobody answered (or the numbers weren't even valid), on the third morning an older lady called herself, booked me the tour for the last morning, they confirmed, she confirmed to me - and everything seemed nice. Until the evening, when I decided to check if everything is OK, the receptionist on duty called the agency and they told her my tour is cancelled unless I agree to pay for 2, because that's the minimum and they couldn't find a second person wanting to take that tour to the most popular and beautiful sight in the region. Which left me without that most important tour. Thank you, Delio. :-( I know tours are not your main responsibility, but since you offer them, and especially if you confirm that all is set... please make sure you can keep your promises.

Stayed a night in Delio on 26th Dec. Room check in process was smooth. A deposit of THB100 for the key card is needed. My room was on the opposite building (block D). There's no elevator do if you stay on higher floor, please take note. Room size is actually spacious for the price of this hotel. Lighting are sufficient. Bed is comfortable, design of the hotel and rooms are modern and minimalist. On the downside: lack of power sockets. Also there's an electrical blackout in the middle of the night and there is no water on tap, basin and shower in the morning. But due to my flight is in very early morning (6am), I left without a good morning bath. The hotel seriously need to fix this inconveniences. Would I stay again? Yes... Due to proximity to airport and price of the room per night.

Delio is a hidden gem, just a short drive from the airport. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Rooms are in excellent condition with powerful showers. A very quiet hotel, close to the town centre. Larger rooms are available, by request in advance. Prices are superb for what you get. I had an excellent breakfast. This is our first choice for an overnight stay in Udon.

A lovely small boutique hotel. I keep returning to this hotel for it's reasonable price, cleanliness , good bedding, comfortable and quiet stay. Wifi available. Very near to the airport about 10 minutes. I rate very good yet excellent as improvement can be done to room fitting for a wardrobe instead of cloth hanging on the wall, better toiletries. I do miss breakfast!

Excellent boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs. The staffs really go the extra mile to help. The hotel manager even helped me to book a hotel in Nongkhai (for the Dragon Fire Ball Festival), as online bookings were fully booked. She even tried contacting her friend there. Sad to say, there were no available hotel rooms, so I didn't go. Definitely worth staying there again and again, especially for that price.
