This is a 3 star hotel with a nice location at the end of the Cleopatra beach. Our company of 4 adults got two double rooms with front see view after some negotiations with the accomodating receptionist. We had a few complaints about the rooms during our stay, a broken AC was the "crown jewel", but everything was taken good... More

Location: The hotel is situated right on the Cleopatra Beach. Location is very very good, in front of the hotel are shops, you can go for a walk through the city safely. New promade has been build. Some disobarts are nearby. Rooms: Our well aircondicioned room was with sea view. Small but comfortable room (for 2 persons) on the second... More

The hotel is located on the beach and is the first hotel at the entrance to the town. The hotel has its own private beach with sun beds where you can enjoy the beautiful sea but also too big waves that make it difficult for swimming. The food is pretty monotonous, poor and similar, which will not satisfy most guests.... More

I stayed at the hotel with my family in September 2014 for a week. Hotel Muz is designed for the requirements of the domestic, tourist and modern world. It offers a good WiFi connection in the lobby and in the restaurant and also sometimes in the room. The hotel has an excellent location on the Kleopatra beach and it is... More

I thought I would write this review of the hotel as all the review I read prior to going did not appear to be accurate. They all appeared to be favourable towards the hotel. How wrong could they be. My wife and I stayed at the hotel on a half board basis on the above dates. The hotel stay was... More

We stayed at the Muz Hotel for a week half board. We were I a family room as we were travelling with 3 adults, 2kids and an infant. The room was great - just what we needed to all stay together and plenty of space and a balcony to sit in the sun. The staff are extremely helpful and couldn't... More

Muz hotel has a good location for a good swim and tan. If you want to party, it is not a hotel for you. Average age of the people is around 50 to 60. Staff is polite and permitted, not so good with english, but everything you need they can understand. Breakfast choice is quite narrow and same in every... More
