This is one of 10 hotels I stayed in Turkey as part of an organised tour. My stay was a comedy of errors and bad service and would have made a great script for the old English comedy Faulty Towers. My room was the other side of a hall way which was being used as storage area. It was all... More

We stayed here on a tour and while the hotel looked nice from the outside and was conveniently located, the room we had was terrible. Our room at the front was so small we could get the suitcase in the room but there was no room to open it. What I thought was a cover on the bed turned out... More

Good location but definitely needs repairs. I was in the room outside near the pool. My key kept getting stuck in the lock and I had trouble locking the door. There was barely any lighting in the room and bathroom. There weren't lifts so it was a challenge getting luggage up and down the stairs.

The location of the hotel is both a plus but also a negative. It is in the middle of the old town, making it very convenient. However our room was basic, small and on the ground floor right by the reception and by the road. To add to this our room really smelt of smoke and the shower tray leaked... More

We stayed here for 1 night on a tour. The hotel was clean and the room big. Our room was on the top floor and there was some noise from the town night life but nothing really too bad. The hotel is in a good location. We will go back as the town was beautiful but stay somewhere else as... More

This was a lovely hotel, located in the heart of old town. The lobby is very nicely decorated. Our room was huge with a great shower and beautiful view. There is a beautiful pool and lounges with towels & umbrellas. Unfortunately there is no lift and no porterage so pack light. We noticed that after breakfast the remaining food items... More

i stayed for 6 nights location was good but they seem to scam you and put you in the box room first till you complain they will say to get a bigger room you pay extra 480 TL. I asked for extra duvet but they give you bugged out blankets which they didnt change throughout my holiday. Breakfast was boring... More

This hotel was clean and tidy. Some of our friends had small rooms - so ask for a bigger one otherwise with two people and your luggage you won't have much room. Breakfast was nice outside on the patio. We had a nice view of the pool from our room and found it nice and quite although some of our... More

This is a beautiful looking hotel in the old city sector within easy walking distance to many places to eat, viewpoints, city center and the harbor. It has a nice pool with a number of chairs and tables available for a relaxed drink or two. Check in staff were friendly + helpful, but later was difficult to get their attention... More

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Pity, as it looks nice, is quite idyllic and the room was spacious. But: my bed was infected by bed bugs. Could not sleep at all, all that disgusting feeling of sth crawling on you and itching.Plus the hotel is in the middle of the bar scene, so there was loud music and noise... More
