We stayed at the Caretta for 10 nights from 1st September 2015. Set on a Cliffside, 1km outside of Kalkan old town, this wonderful gem of a place is a true bargain and well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Dalaman airport. Those that are adventurous enough to put a bit more distance behind the teeming crowds of Brits in...

Lovely hotel, very peaceful setting overlooking the sea, we had the top hotel room with jaquzi bath - absolutely gorgeous. great family run hotel with fantastic staff , sad that we only stayed for two nights just visiting Kalkan whilst on holiday in Hisaronu, can't wait to go back to Kalkan next year, it really is a piece of Heaven.

So we wanted to hit Kaputas Beach and looked for a hotel nearby. We were lucky enough to end in this place, away from the crowd in the village. The village is very busy indeed - almost as it's been repurposed for Brits only. The hotel is situated on the far west of the village. The seaview room is of...

While not staying at the hotel I have been going yearly to Caretta Caretta since 2009. It is very peaceful and a nice place to spend the day, particularly if you like to swim. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of space. It is only a 10 minute walk from Kalkan town along the coast road. You can also...

The Caretta Boutique Hotel is very nice also quiet and relaxing its location on the cliff edge overlooking Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean Sea is really something nothing less than excellent which gives you really lovely Kalkan also surrounding mountain and sea views. On the Kalkan coast cliffs and rock faces below the hotel they have made Mediterranean gardens with...

We have just returned from a ten day stay at this charming, family run, hotel. The hotel tumbles in a series of terraces to the sea with beautiful views everywhere. It is simple yet feels quite exotic. The rooms are clean and offer the basic comforts - comfortable bed and good shower and with the added beauty of the sea...

Our room is spotless, the food and service very good as usual. Nothing is too much trouble for Murat and his team. Wonderful mix of fellow guests...young and...

I cannot understand the review that was noted earlier this year. My room was immaculate, cleaned regular and had hot water - you did however have to let it run for 5 min's before it came through. Not a problem though. This is excellent value for money - wonderful location. The walk into Kalkan a pleasure although you could not...

Incredible hotel for its location, the extremely warm welcome from Murat owner of this little piece of paradise on earth, the kindness and availability of the staff, its sun beds on the terraced private beach. Murat the owner can arrange excursions in the area, just ask him. Dining on the terrace overlooking the sea is quite an experience. Probably one...
