The proprietors of the Santosa Pension seem like natural hosts, mixing the business of supplying travelers with what they need--from laundry service to booking tours--with an honest warmth and concern. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The place is on what seems to be the cheaper side of town, which is fine since that puts it a short walk from...

Had a great stay at Santosa. Deniz and his family are very friendly and helpful and the food is great, especially the fish braai (barbecue) that we had on the Sunday evening. They went out of their way to offer help and organise the best way to get to Dalaman or Antalya (your exit points from Kas). They even served...

We have just enjoyed 6 nights at this centrally located pension in the scenic town of Kas. Deniz and his family are friendly and helpful. Breakfast (buffet style) was always plentiful and enjoyable. It is served on the roof terrace which has superb views over the town and towards the mountains. Deniz helped us on the day we made a...

Very nice and helpful couple runs the place. Make you feel at home. Nice A/C rooms with attached shower/toilet. Basically very clean (see comment below), nice breakfast and pleasant terrace, close to town center, etc. Would give it excellent mark except for two reasons - 1. WiFi was unreliable (came on and dissapeared intermittently) 2. Rooms are not cleaned every...

We rented two rooms at the Santosa to use as a base for visiting Kas and to travel to the Greek island of Kastellorizo. The rooms were basic but clean. With no curtains for the shower just make sure you get the toilet paper out of the bathroom before turning on the water. The pension's location was excellent, with a...

Deniz and family are welcoming and helpful in seeing the area. The pansiyon is located above the noise and tourist square and close to the teatro and tomb. Sitting on the terrace eating breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are basic but clean with a nice breeze circulating. An excellent budget choice for Kas.

It's still amazing; me and my wife have stayed at Santosa Pension three times in the last four years. And after all theese years, it's continues to be the best pension in Kas. The city is in itself beautiful and tranquil, Santosa even more so. Deniz the owner and his wife are the nice and helpful patrons, their children happy...

Santosa is in a reasonably central location (if a bit of an uphill slog) and good value for the money. The owner/host and his family are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Like most places in this stretch of southern Turkey the breakfasts are pretty basic, but there's plenty of what there is and it's cheerfully served in an attractive roof top...

We stayed at the Santosa Panchyion in Kas for four nights recently (April 2013). It is run by cheerful owner Deniz with his wife and mother. When we arrived we were welcomed with a plate of loquat fruits, juicy and sweet, straight from the tree, and cups of tea and coffee. Our room was spotless and spacious, with windows overlooking...

Our room had a spectacular view of Kas and its high mountain behind. The large windows gave it a bright outlook even during stormy weather! The room was confortable and some simple but efficient floral decoration touches on the walls added a good feeling all around. No tv but fast wifi connection in the room. The older couple who run...

“When we booked we opted for "seaview" room. There are non of these here. We asked for a room on the Township side, as it had a great view over the whole town, and, due to where the pansion sits, it ends up away from main roads and is very quiet.”
