Walking distance to town, rooms are clean, air conditioned and quiet, free large breakfast - highly recommend having dinner at this place as the owners are also chefs!! Nice rooftop terrace with great views overlooking kas where you can watch the sunset while having your home cooked dinner!

Santosa is run by Deniz and his wife and has a very homely, relaxed vibe. It is low-cost accomodation, so don't expect anything fancy ... do expect a clean, decent-sized room with all you need, a pretty good breakfast (for the price) on a sunny terrace and a location that's just a short walk from the harbour/sea. We did not...

This is a great deal. Clean, airy and great room (we had an amazing view over the town and mountains, but I don't think that all rooms do). As soon as we got here we felt relaxed and welcome. Kas has been a highlight in our trip and I think a lot to do with this place. Denis booked a...

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 3 boys (ages 8, 4 and 4) and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very large, clean and bright with a private balcony (room 5, I think). The location is very good, halfway between the otogar and the harbour (as are most of the pensions). The wifi was good and strong...

In Kas I stayed at the Santosa pension, this pension is wonderful, family owned that emitted great energy. They let me use the kitchen to cook my own breakfast, they let me use a wash bin for my clothes, which they don’t mind if you hang your clothes on the outside line. A private bathroom, free wireless Internet, and free...

We stayed a week in Santosa pension and enjoyed every minute. It is a family run pension - not a hotel - and this is what we like and what makes it a warm and lovely place to stay. The owner, Deniz and his wife could not be more helpful and any problems are swiftly fixed e.g. a leaky tap...

Friendly and family run the Santosa is ideally located for a short break in the centre of Kas. A short walk from the otogar, although Denis, the owner of Santaosa collected us within minutes of our arrival having been alerted by a friend who spotted us getting off the bus. Our stay was easy to arrange through booking.com (with no...

“When we booked we opted for "seaview" room. There are non of these here. We asked for a room on the Township side, as it had a great view over the whole town, and, due to where the pansion sits, it ends up away from main roads and is very quiet.”
