You can find a great range of sport activities in the hotel, my fav is aqua aerobics, trampoline training, trx, kangaroo, also we like archery and shooting. Great aqua park at the territory, also animal and pets friendly atmosphere. The remarkable location in a pine forest makes the summer hit endurable and air fresh and healthy.
Kids Club is working 10-24. Working so good, that it’s a challenge to take kids out of their. Handcrafts, competitions, face painting, empathic and responsible girls that give opportunity to parents to enjoy their holidays, not only parenthood. (Personal greetings and appreciation of the work to Dana and Diana if you read this review). So while kids having fun with animation, adults could enjoy nice SPA area. If you r in a doubt to whom to go for a massage, would highly recommend Hakan. During a course of massage my back never felt better, also all inklusive food was less affecting on my shapes 🙈

Emine for managing booking, Farhat and Oksana were very helpful personal assistants, Lubov front desk at spa, Yunus, photographer at the sport activities for her charm and professionalism (found a right posters for us 🤗), Johnny from scuba diving, 2 brothers in a leather shop! Guys all together you are a great team!

The room is cleaned every day, the sheets and towels are also changed daily. Bathroom ammenities are L'occitane, very nice.
You have a main restaurant where the main meals are served, they can get a little crowdy, but you can easily bypass the main restaurant and go eat elsewhere. Food is ok, many options every day. As for drinks, every brand you can imagine is available.
When you check in, you get a presonal assistant who is available to you via viber or whats up. Our assistant is Yagmur, and is very helpful. On the first day, we had a few complaints about our room and Yagmur resolved everyting in a no time.
Also, I would like to say thanks to Mr Musa, at the ice cream stand, who is wonderful with kids, and Mr Ali at the towel desk.
All in all, we are very happy with Nirvana Dolce Vita and would always come back.
We were in “Nirvana Dolce Vita” from 14 July to 24 July, 2021.
Firstly, we were in this hotel when it was named “Amaro Dolce Vita”. I can say that, before “Nirvana” bought that hotel, conditions were better than now.
Secondly, the hotel employs inexperienced and old or young people who are not suitable for working. I think the reason for this is that they pay less and hotel owners earn more income.
Thirdly, the hotel pays little attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Cutlery sets used in restaurants are served dirty. We even saw feathers in the food.
In conclusion, If we put aside these shortcomings in the hotel, I can say that the sea is good, the pools are clean and it is moderate for people who do not care much.
We stayed in the main hotel with a beautiful Seaview. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh bedding l, towels and mini bar stocked daily.
The first thing I did when I go home was rebook for next year!!!
The staff were all friendly and helpful and worked really hard. Occasionally there was a language barrier but they would always find someone to help. One thing that upset me was the way the staff were treated by other guests. Without the hard working staff from the cleaners, gardners, waiters etc we would not have such a fantastic holiday, respect and manners cost nothing.
All the food we had was fabulous lots of choice, the We Serve concept in the main restaurant is definitely the way forward, ensured good hygiene and reduced risk of cross contamination.
Lots of choice of Al a carte restaurants with only 2 that charge a supplement. You are not limited to booking the Al a Cartes but they only book for the current week. If your holiday is over 2 weeks you just see them on the Monday to book any for that week. Plenty of choice for places to eat at lunchtime too.
The choice of drinks in all the bar areas was amazing- all branded. Lots of different areas in the hotel depending on what you are looking for from the pianist in the lobby bar to the DJ sets in the open garden bar or the nightclub.
The Personal Assistant via WhatsApp was brilliant and always responded.
It is a large complex but very well spread out with lots of different areas, pools, pier, aquapark which meant it never felt crowded.
To all at Norvana Dolce Vita, thank you for your hard work and helping is to have such an enjoyable, relaxing and luxurious holiday, keep up your fantastic work. We will see you next September.
However, I was pretty shocked, because the food that I was served was always cold and not tasty at all. To add, the service is extremely poor in the restaurant. There are barely any waiters and your table will probably not be cleaned until you leave. It is difficult to find a waiters that will assist you - because they just ignore you. Even the administrator of the restaurant, doesn’t do anything about the service. But I must say that the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Return visit and we were not disappointed. Some of the staff remembered us from last year and gave us a warm welcome that made us feel very special.
Food and choices of places to eat both at lunchtime and evening were amazing. The We Serve concept is brilliant, ensures good hygiene and reduces cross contamination, and other than the main restaurant all others have a menu and you are waited on, even at lunchtime.
Plentiful Al a Cartes most are free and just requie pre booking, bookings run Monday to Sunday, if your visit straddles 2 weeks you can only book for the current week and then book the following week on the Monday.
The Pescatore and Welldone steakhouse are worth the extra charge.
Choice of bars and entertainment at night meant you could choose a quiet night or a lively night. The drinks were all branded
Bedroom - Seaview was amazing and cleaned daily.
The personal assistants via WhatsApp is a brilliant concept and they were always quick to help with any queries.
ALL the staff work very hard and are very helpful and friendly. There was an occasional language barrier but, we either used modern technology or the staff member would find someone who would help. Without these wonderful hard working staff including those that some might forget, gardners, porters, pool cleaners etc we would not have such a wonderful holiday.
We cannot understand why more English people do not come here - trust me you are missing a real treat, especially if you want a taste of luxury.
There is an animation team who provide activities during the day and a children's club, we can't comment on these as we did not use. You can be as relaxed, or active as you like.
The hotel is improving all the time, the pier bar has been extended and new furniture is being installed in bar areas.
We will be back, we have some other commitments next year but planning for the year after.
I want to start from the point that there I couldn’t find aaaaany negative moments! Everything over there is made just perfect, from the moment you stepped on the ground of the hotel you are really coming to Nirvana!
Architecture,design,style,atmosphere but most of all what makes this hotel awesome-people! They all are sooo nice and kind and friendly! For me what makes you feel there like a king it’s a feeling that you are so special to each of them.
Especially I highly recommend this hotel to young families with small kids because for them this hotel is a real paradise! Cool aqua park,clean and warm water in the sea,always serving tasty ice cream and waffles,great evening shows for kids,interesting play yards,zoo with lovely animals. What can be better?
Also I want to mention staff with whom we become friends over there and want to thanks for good service: Alp and Ayhan from the restaurant,Dila,Can and Baris from customer help and tall,slim guy with long hair- bell boy ( sorry don’t know your name). And all others are so lovely too!;) thank you ,Nirvana Dolce Vita! Thanks for this sweet life with you;)
