Overall the hotel territory is very large and beautiful. It is very green and the beach is extremely ‘clean.’ The interior design of the hotel room is practical and extraordinary. This SPA is probably the best one I visited in Turkey. (I have been in more than 30 hotels in Turkey.) However, I was pretty shocked, because the food that I was served was always cold and not tasty at all. To add, the service is extremely poor in the restaurant. There are barely any waiters and your table will probably not be cleaned until you leave. It is difficult to find a waiters that will assist you - because they just ignore you. Even the administrator of the restaurant, doesn’t do anything about the service. But I must say that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The whole place is like a theme park. It is loud, noisy, and lacking in sophistication and class. The worst thing about this hotel is the watersports on the beach which cause so much noise with loud boats zooming past playing extremely loud music so that it is impossible to relax on the beach. The rooms are dated and the airconditioning is outdated, noisy and full of dust. The receptionists are generally rude and unhelpful. the food in the 24 hour restaurant Fellini's is unpalatable and at several points, during my stay, I was offered raw chicken. Everywhere around the hotel plays loud noisy and tacky music. The food in the buffet is quite nice but the environment is unrelaxing queuing for hours for food and the waiters were very slow to serve drinks. The room service food is extremely expensive and again awful. I would not describe this as a five star hotel but a grossly overpriced experience, fine for kids but not adults with any level of culture or sophistication. it is full of low cultured uncouth Russian guests.…
