This is the worst and dirtiest hotel in Kusadasi!!! Don’t waste your money on this! The rooms are old and the air conditioning doesn’t work. They don’t clean the rooms regularly and when they do they don’t clean the bathroom or chamge the sheets! They play L O U D music by the pool the entire day all the way until midmight so it is impossible to sleep or rest here! This is a nightmare of a hotel! Do not come here!

Don't recommend to stay here. Everything is dirty: rooms, showers, floors, sheets, the restaurant, stairs, the pool. Nobody cares about your requests, problems and claims here. I don't know how and who decided to rate this hotel as 4* star hotel. Avoid it

Ordinary place. The food choices were not very satisfying and at times food was undercooked or just looked gross. However the buffet at the pull was excellent. The rooms were nothing special, clean enough - there was some mold here and there in the public and private bathrooms. Not all of the staff speaks english but in general most were very friendly. The pool was nice. The beach and their private area there was also good enough and the fact that it was 5 minutes walking was amazing. The SPA bathrooms and the gym (if you can say that 1 treadmill, 2 crossroads and a dumbbell is a gym at all) did not meet any criteria that fits to a hotel from this category. In general it is a good place for a few days but I would not return again.

Four stars hotel????? No way.it might be beeteen two ans three stars. First of all you would be lucky if you catch internet conection. Only two main dishes for lunch and diner with plenty of differenf salad. If you wont bread you have to cut it by yourself. During mealtime restaurant is overcrowded, many times no forks, no plates. Drink has been served in plastic or paper cups. Majoriti of staff do not speak English language. Stay away from this hotel if you want fair service for your money.....

I have never seen such a bad hotel. Food, rooms and everything was bad. One big problem with hot water. Cleaning - it’s only changing towels. Food is one big disaster. I hadn’t expected any luxuries but it was totally mistake.
