Very good staff and cozy accomodation. Breakfast was both local and international. Staff was very useful in helping me to book the hot baloon tour and to find good restaurants not only in Göreme but all around Capaddocia.

No pool or hot tub. We went to the local hamam down town a few minutes walk which was fantastic and well priced. Chargers for the iPhone are 110/240 volt so the voltage isn't a problem. You will need a two prong round plug adapter. Don't buy the expensive fancy ones. A simple square to round is sold for under a dollar.
