Sedar and his family were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat, and clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean overall and well kept. The breakfast was excellent, the roof top view was great. We recommend this to friends & family.

A HUGE thank you to Sedar and his father for making us so welcome at the Caravanserei hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, Sedar was always happy to help, including picking us up at all hours of the morning when the bus dropped us in the wrong place! We really enjoyed Sedars walking tour through the valleys, a very beautiful...

This hotel was a really nice place with an amazing terrace view. The breakfast is everything you need and they have a really cute courtyard. Our room was clean, fresh and really lovely. However, one tip that we recommend is to make sure you request in advance that you want a cave room. We only got to stay in an...

I re-located to the Caravanserai following a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Goreme (subject of a separate review). Although the hotel was under renovation, I was offered a cosy room andreceived a personal and warm welcome by the charming (new) owner, who although Turkish, had lived in Australia and understands the expectations of Western travellers. The hotel is...

The hotel is nice and the owners are extremely helpful with everything Goreme. They were great at arranging hikes, dinners, bus rides, you name it. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a single female traveler traveling alone through Turkey. When I arrived Serdar and his staff made me feel welcome and instantly at home and safe. He provided great information on area sites, walking maps, places to eat and tours available. Rooms were clean and the water was nice and hot. The terrace provided beautiful views of the village...

We chose Goreme this time as it is more lively than Urgup. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the bus stop and the restaurants. The hotel is quite new with cave rooms and also more modern rooms. I’ve stayed on the ground floor in a modern room. The room was nice and clean and was close...

Caravanserai is a great friendly place to stay in Goreme, a warm welcome from Serdar and his team meant we had a relaxing stay. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, bathroom was a bit small and basic but good enough for us. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Beautiful views over Goreme on the terrace best enjoyed with a...

This little family run hotel was exactly what it promised. Right in the heart of town, with extra tourist services if you wanted them but no pressure to partake. Parking right outside, it was ideal for independent travellers. Both Uchisar and the Open Air museum are within walking distance. People who booked hot air balloon rides via the hotel all...
