we have pick up service from the Otoga to the hotel. we stay two nights, and every day we got the clean service, the hosekeeping is so neat. what the important is, the staff won't push the pay tour very much, but they still provide us very good suggestion which we need.

Wonderful hotel. The cave rooms are fantastic - beautifully equipped and furnished. Very comfy beds, and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were both very friendly, and extremely supportive - eg arranging a dental hospital visit for one of our party who needed urgent help. Very good location - a short walk down the hill to the centre of...

I travelled here in September with my daughter. Right from the start we were made to feel completely at home and welcome. Over a snack and a cup of tea we were informed about the region and advised about what to see. The cave rooms are amazing and an experience not to be forgotten. The balloon flight was the highlight...

I must say this is one of the best hotels I stayed in my entire Turkey trip! Visited Gereme in Oct '15, my wife and I arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, the hotel staff was very kind to provide us breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready. The staffs are very kind to show us all...

We stayed in a cave suite, and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was very cool, which was nice because it was so hot in Cappadocia. The provided slippers were great on the cold marble floor in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, and it was the best gözleme we had while in Turkey. Nargis was a wonderful hostess and...

After traveling all day we arrived here after the sun had set weary and hungry. Our cave room was nothing short of spectacular. It felt so warm and cozy it was like being a guest in a beautiful home. We had an outside sitting room, that was so inviting with couches , tables and plants . Then upon entering we...

This Hotel is simply perfect! Our room was in the 60's while it was over 100 degrees outside. The staff were amazing. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel while our other friends stayed at another. Their room was warm and kept them up half of the night. They finally lost it when they evacuated their room in the middle...

Having seen several rooms and suites in the hotel, I can tell you there is not a bad room in the place. Even the smaller deluxe rooms were fairly spacious and comfortable. The hospitality was outstanding. And the breakfast was very good, offering good variety and plenty of it. The hotel has recently been renovated so everything is new and...

This would have been a 5 but the basement room was very stuffy even if there was a window to air it out. The location is great though, walking distance to the main street of Goreme and to the upper area of Goreme for some nice views. The staff is great, they gave us packed breakfasts when we had to...

A quaint boutique hotel with six guestrooms, Terra Cave Hotel is an ancient rock dwelling built in the 19th century and faithfully restored within the original structure in Goreme, the heart of Cappadocia. We offer our guests a spectacular panorama over the unique fairy chimneys nestled in the village of Goreme. With four original carved cave rooms and two stone rooms, we offer our valuable guests the possibility of a dreamlike vacation and the opportunity to live in this one-of-a-kind culture. On the main floor overlooking the stone courtyard are the rooms named Kagan (Emperor's Room), Kis Evi (Winter Suite), Eyvan (Veranda Suite), Tafana (Stonework Cave Room) and Sirahane (Winery Room) and on the next level is the Gelin Odasi (honeymoon Suite) where you can watch the sun rise, often filled with hot air balloons floating through the valleys beyond. ... more   less
