Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location wise the main city strip is a short walk away. Personnel go out of their way to make your trip memorable. Rooms are clean spacious and authentic. The restaurant is a must do! I would without a doubt return and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

We were blown away by how beautiful this hotel is. We were literally sleeping in a cave. The best part is, it came with a panoramic view of the city. This hotel came prepared with a viewing deck, carpets and pillows set up nicely for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrise, with the sky filled with many colourful hot air...

In general I can say the hotel is not a cave hotel same as the most hotels in this region and it's better say these hotels are stone hotels. The hotel is very basic and quality of the furniture is terrible, but breakfast was fantastic and very warm and nice staff with ability of very nice English speaking. In general...

We stayed in the annex which as previous reviews have stated isn't quite like staying in a cave as they are stone built. However the room was decorated traditionally and was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the complaints manager, Izmir the cocker spaniel. Everything can booked from the hotel. We booked the balloon ride and...

I am not going to rave about what the other reviewers have raved about. They are mainly true. 1. Spectacular sunrise and sunset views - overlooking central Gorome 2. Attentive staff, very helpful, very friendly :) 3. Great food - Seten restaurant (this is a must try, their mediterranean dinner is amazing - tried stuffed chicken, their tomato soup, lamb...

Location was just perfect: about 20 m away from Pigeon Valley entrance, a short walk to city center and a 10-15 minutes walk from Goreme Open Air Museum. The view from our room was AMAZING: a fairy chimney, behind it laid the Pigeon Valley and a little far the picturesque castle of Uchisar. The room was lovely, with oriental accents...

Has a really nice panorama, authentic cave suites and rooms. I would say not suitable for todddlers. Bathrooms were bit small but acceptable because of it's authentic position. The restaurant was really good. Serves a big variety of local wines and delicious local food. Cleaning shall be improved. Don't forget to watch the sunrise and sunset.
