We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was really nice, well decorated. Huge clean bathrooms. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Now the downside - we were charged 5 lira for a bottle of water, which was available for 1 lira in the market. The dinner is expensive (20 euros). Not very well located.

We stayed two nights at the end of November and had a marvelous stay. We arrived late at night from the last flight to Kayseri. On arrival we were initially put off by the location amongst run down houses. But once we entered the hotel it was another world. All was clean and lovely. the manager was extremely helpful and... Not very well located and although its a quaint and charming hotel, i wouldnt recommend it to anyone for one big reason: we felt cheated. We were told to pay 20 Euros each for a dinner when we were under the impression it was 20 Turkish Liras. They insisted that they quote all prices in Euors and we were the... More

Firstly thank you for your comments. Dinner price in our hotel is 20 Euros. Dinner menu includes soup , entree starters, main dish (barbeque or stew) and desert and portions are really big. It is impossible to confuse 20 Euros or 20 Turkish liras for our Receptionist who is an experienced and professional in field of his job. Besides a... More

Great Cave Hotel. My husband and I were upset regarding the construction that was going on. It was no fault of theirs and they were apologetic abt it. They upgraded us to the Osmanli room whch was a luxury - living room , big bathroom and big bed room. The floor was heated and it was a treat as it... More

I found that the owners were very kind. Rooms very good, bath was big, with jacuzzi, heating in the floor... . The only negative thing is that it as a little bit far away from the center. Very good breakfast.

The construction is a drag and I really wish we'd known, but that said, there is a lot of expansion going on and there wasn't a lot of choice when we booked. The staff is excellent - my favourite hotel staff in Turkey. Breakfast is quite lovely too - my second favourite in Turkey. And it's a cave!! How can... More

We were given a room opposite the main entrance/gate. We were kept up to the early hours of the morning by the banging and creaking of the main gate as residents returned from a late night. Upon complaining the following day, the staff were unsympathetic but did finally change our room for our 2nd night. This unfortunate stay left us... More

At first thank you for your comments. The room named Huzurun kalbi is placed just across to the main entrance. However at the next day when our guests stated their discomfort their room was upgraded immediately in a debonair behaviour. Additionally room reservations are get as Room + Breakfast and dinner can be served if our guests indicate that they... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The rooms were very nice and clean and had a turkish touch to them. It offered all the amenities one would expect of a "luxury" hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. On arrival we were shown 2 rooms assigned to us on the ground floor. Though they very tastefully done, I was feeling a bit dejected because I like rooms with lots of windows which, for obvious reasons, are tough to come by in cave/stone hotels. Mehmet, without any fuss, showed us another... More
