Large clean room, huge buffet, friendly staff. Stayed for two days while on a tour. We were greeted with a small glass local wine, staff delievered bags to room in record time. Pros: Room was spacious, clean with nice amenities in the bathroom, close to all the wonders of the Cappodocia region. Huge buffet with a varied menu, even cooked... More

I stayed at Mustafa Hotel while on my first visit to Turkey. It's located in an ideal spot to visit the natural wonder that is Cappodocia. It was also very conveniently close to the town center. The hotel was very pleasant. What it lacked in aesthetics, it made up for with staff hospitality and attentiveness. The lobby was inviting and... More

Hi stayed in Mustafa Hotel on a last minute trip to Cappadocia. The staff was very helpfull in accomodating a large group of people. I believe the hotel is under a new management and hence you can see the difference in the service. The staff was very reliable we had reservations made for the balloon ride for the next day... More

I stayed there while on a grand Turkey tour. All facets of this hotel were horrible: rooms are old & dark (had to use my flashlight to pack at night!), no wireless internet available (it did promise free wifi on hotel website), very noisy (walls are thin and kids running / playing in the hallway, heard neighbour's TV & conversation).... The hotel is comfortable, although older and a bit run down. In particular the carpeting was seriously stained in most of the hallways. Room - Bed - and Shower were very comfortable. This was a stop for our tour - and the included meals were good. Service was good, although most meals were buffet style.

The lobby of the hotel makes one think the rooms might be nice, but upon entering the floor of my room I was met with stained smelly carpets. The door locks are ancient key entry with no other lock on the door - which led me to place a chair under the doorknob at night out of a concern for... More

Confortable room and bed, but noticed small lost items on the floor, clearly not cleaned at all. Confortable hall. Position a bit isolated without a car (at least 20 minutes walking to the first shop/city center). Buffet dinner seemed good, but few people had problems the last day (difficult to be sure it was indeed restaurant's fault).
