Hotel courtyard and cold water swimming pool were very nice, but the room 111 we stayed in was not clean and did not smell fresh. The bathroom amenities were very poor quality, so we used our self-brought shampoo and soap. The hotel manager (or owner?) was rude and not courteous to his guests. He likes to ignore his guest. Breakfast...

We were greeted at the bus station by our host who proceeded to be very angry with us due to no fault of our own. Apparently there was some mistake with the pickup point. We were left to walk to the hotel and given no apology. We were not shown to our rooms and the only conversation we had was...

Thank you for your review, and I apologise for the experience that you had during your time in Pamukkale. Unfortunately there are sometimes misunderstandings regarding pick up points as buses stop in the nearby town of Denizli and then guests then catch a shuttle bus to Pamukkale - this stops frequently along the way, with our stop being before the...

I stayed for just one night. Room was so clean. View of hotel is so good. Price also so good. Food maybe not the best but very reasonable, especially according to price.I'm very happy to stayed at there.

Let me say first that I did not have the pleasure (sarcasm) of staying here. This "boutique" hotel was the base of a one day fly in fly out trip to pamukkale from Istanbul. The "included" breakfast is laughable and mediocre, but since it's "included" I guess one shouldn't complain much. Aside from the wooden doors on the rooms and...

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is location, Thats it! This hotel was our biggest and only disappointment during trip to Turkey....we paid for two nights but we left after the first night... They have old rooms with old furniture and uncomfortable bed. There was no water in the pool. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. To make...

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Guest feedback is of the utmost importance to us and we are sorry your experience with us did not meet your expectations. At the time you visited our pool was drained in order to conduct the pre-season maintenance and cleaning that we undertake every year prior to the start of...

I was going through the reviews and was shocked to see so many reviews against the staff. However in my experience the staff was very helpful. The entire management team was there and the food was decent. Compared to the price we paid it was value for money. The only part was a mosque nearby thereby noises early morning and...

I'm giving this hotel a "Very Good" rating not for the rooms but for the convenience, the staff, and the public areas. We rode the mini bus from Oludeniz to Fethiye, then took a bus from Fethiye to Pamukkale. Once in Pamukkale a local shuttle picked us up (along with another couple) and took us to the office for the...
